great company poor delivery
Efficient purchase at a great price. However, whilst the delivery company was informative , the two delivery drivers were worse than awfull. The ends had been cut off the wrapper and they were happy to leave a 75 kg carpet just inside the front door. They even manage to knock a door off its rails when there was a 3 metre opening. Not impressed.

Great carpets at affordable prices
Perfect, delivered when I was told it would come. Carpets are good and what I paid for, underlay was great. Communication was spot on. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. Only one small problem the knife is the fitting pack not great could do with better or more blades. Not enough for me to drop a star though. Overall I’m extremely pleased with what I got,

Great service, the cheapest carpet on the market at the minute after A LOT of looking around for my new home, Chris was a great help from start to finish from supporting with measurements and prices over the phone to delivering, Chris was very polite and had the carpet delivered to me by himself within 2 days of our phone call! Will definitely recommend and will be absolutely using them again when I get to sorting the downstairs flooring.

Dispatched and delivered completely the wrong item, then their customer service line is a voicemail that noone has responded to.
