Amazing service, fast and efficient work i would 1000% recommend the lads for any work

Booked in for a dyno stage 1 re map to be told dyno guy hasn’t showed up but I can map your car and come back later for fine tuning . Decided not to bother going back as the car felt no difference after mapping,I have just been to another tuners only to figure the car still had stock power so I had them put the map back to stock which actually produced a little more ,and put there map on to get the correct figures it should of had from Carlton tuning, basically just took my money wouldn’t recommend

Disgusting place !!! took my car In with dpf issues and was told if I pay £40 they would run diagnostics and tell me the issue
Apparently cane back as a fault with the cruise control !!! Now I'm no mechanic but that just doesn't add up to me ...
Dpf not working properly because cruise control not working hmmmmm
Now booked in with Nissan who have assured me they will get to bottom of issues and in no way would the cruise control affect dpf !!
Robbing gets no wonder it was quiet when I went

Had a bmw 335d adblue fault the engine fault code has now gone the car is running great and Iam very happy Carlton tuning have saved me lots of money I would highly recommend anyone to come here these guys know there stuff

On Friday I had my Freelander 2 remapped and wow what a difference so I took the wifes 2018 Kuga 120bhp which I thought was a bit Flat so after a stage one remap to 200bhp it's like a rocket now so I might just after use it a bit more now

I walked into Carlton tuning with my corsa with a cheeky spoiler they gave it a spit and shine (not the only thing the gave a spit clean) I loved the nazi regime flag above the entrance really felt like home come to Carlton tuning

Remapped my car at short notice, provided tea and chat, and the car leaps forward when accelerator pressed. Fuel consumption improved.great all round

I had used them earlier in the year. I had asked them to tune my son's van. They were amazing and my son was very happy - I had it tuned as a surprise.

Today I had an emissions problem with my own car and called Carlton Tuning to see if I could take it to them as I am a pensioner and I trust them.

The technician spoke to me 'over the phone' and gave me advise on how to rectify my problem and it worked. It's rare to get free advise. I appreciated it and am very thankful.

I feel they are true professionals and really care about their customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Do not trust this garage. They are dishonest in their trading. They advised me that the best option for my DPF valve which was blocked with soot was to remove it. They failed to inform me that this would then render my car illegal to use on the road and only suitable for off road driving. Because I had signed their disclaimer (Which I don't recall reading all the pages of) they say I was giving them permission to do this job. The mechanic allowed me to drive my car off his forecourt knowing that I was now driving an illegal car which would never pass its MOT. It has cost me £600 to put right the damage that they have done plus the £480 they charged me to do the damage.

This company shouldn't be trading, they trick you into leaving a none returnable deposit. Mine went on thier rolling road they said they can't tune it as bhp is 30bhp lower than expected. They wouldn't refund. I asked if there equipment could be faulty they said NO. However I had the car retested by specialist in Bradford and guess what came back fine. These guys are crooks. They shouldn't be trading iv reported to trading standards. Don't be fooled by them avoid.

Went with dpf problems never been right since still off road and burning oil ,very poor customer service wanted me to pay £400 cash when I dropped van off 😂

Took My E200 to them 3 times in total adding up to around 5 hours of me being sat waiting. Paid for a remap and dyno and they got the car to around 186hp, drove the car home and kept going into limp mode.
Took it back a second time and explained the fault, eventually got the car back after a few hours (They said it was because the car was still in dyno mode causing the limp mode?). When I got the car back literally went straight back into limp mode before I even got out their gate. They once again took the car into the back and after around another hour they said that my fuel filter was block, took it for a full service even though it had a service around 6 months prior and then went back to carlton for a third time.
Another couple hours later cars 'Tuned'.
Drove home and car felt no different, after loosing faith in these 'Professionals' I went to another tuner (We'll Call them Tuner B) and got the car dynod and it was making a measly 10 hp and 10nm more than standard.. I then got the car tuned by Tuner B and they got an extra 70 horsepower an extra 120nm of torque.. To make matters worse when I brought this issue up with carlton they would not entertain giving me a refund and Blocked me on social media although I did not speak disrespectfully at any point..
Would not recommend at all.

What a joke of a place. Was looking for a stage 1 remap to take my Focus up by 25% (couldn't be any more as for some reason my insurance thought the difference between a 25% and 26% increase was a few hundred quid, laughable really) so I messaged ahead just to check this was okay as I understood its quite a finicky request and probably uncommon, which they advised they could do no problem. Then as they begun to work on the car I spoke to the lad working on mine to just remind him that the car is only going to a 25% increase to which he responded "sorry I can't do that, but don't worry your insurance will never know", at this point I had lost all faith in the business and just requested my keys back as this was unacceptable. To which the owner and other mechanics started berating me, calling me a "r*tard and an "idiot", fair to say I left.

Don't be fooled by the £100 offer!!
Car came back with more faults then they just say they will diagnosis it for an additional cost. 🤬

Cars power is worse than when I took it to have work done on it. Took it back only to be told a Mechanic needs to repair it after already spending in excess of £300.
Was told there's a leak somewhere and of course it had nothing to do with the work they did on the DPF. One would expect a proper results printout.

Poor service, don’t get ripped off with the fake HHO Engine Carbon Cleans they offer as it’s a proved fake.
