This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had an issue with my salon basins, which could have been a really stressful situation, but Alex made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly responsive and was there the very next day to take a look and get things sorted.

Not only was the service quick, but it was also professional and reliable. Alex took the time to properly assess the problem, explain everything clearly, and make sure it was fully resolved before leaving.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough if you’re looking for someone dependable who genuinely cares about their work and their customers, they’re definitely the ones to go to.

I got in touch with Alex on a Saturday. I needed someone I could trust to look at my sisters boiler. Alex is a friend of mine. He visited my sister the next morning first thing at 8am and got her heating and hot water up and running again. I received a report of things that needed addressing the same day. AQB are the most efficient plumbers/heating engineers we’ve used. They turn up when they say and if they’re going to be delayed they always communicate with us. Their work is first rate.

Alex and his company are brilliant, I’ve been with him since I bought my New house with an Air Source pump 2022.

We had Alex and team come and replace our boiler. After reaching out to him, he was so very quick with getting back to me (some others I contacted, didnt even reply) so I was very greatful. He was super knowledgeable and gave us several options and was patient with my questions, I have zero knowledge on anything like this and appreciated Alex running through it all with me.
Once we picked our boiler, Alex was out within days and even came easter friday to fit my boiler! He new the urgency as I have two small children and a business which i run from home.
He was very clean with working and great with my kids as being in the holidays, they were at home. The other chap with him was also lovely.

I really appreciated everything he did from the quick response to my initial enquiry, to his easy going approach with all my questions, to coming out easter friday to complete the job.

AQB are good firm of experienced professionals, who help you to solve problems with all you heating plumbing and electrical issues. I have found them to be responsive to their customers and help to explain why and solve issues you may have.

Alex and his team are just fantastic, reliable, professional and always good at communicating and fitting in around the customer. Always leave the job clean and tidy.
We have been using AQB for a year now and wouldn't use anyone else. They fitted new radiators, removed a water softener and lately installed a new oil combi boiler.
