Carewell is my favorite incontinence company to order products from. They have a more variety of incontinence products to order. I have been ordering incontinence products from them for a long time. I have never had an issue with them. My products are shipped right on time and the packages are never demaged. I absolutely love Carewell.

Right from the start

Right from the start, customer service answered all my questions, set me up with what I needed and, true to their word, the order was placed and arrived shortly after. The cost was well below what I was paying AFTER insurance and I was given the detailed receipt to submit to my insurance myself. Great experience with a live, friendly rep.

Be careful about purchasing from…

Be careful about purchasing from Carewell as they take your money and when the medical device doesn’t work they won’t refund your money for a defective product. I will buy products from someone else from now on. After Carewell’s reply to contact them they still refused a refund so much for customer satisfaction as they stated. Would love for someone in there company to try mine to see if they can get it to work as we really need this. They say they stand behind there product but that’s not true. Make your product work or give a refund!!!!!!

Omron series10 bp monitor

Ordered a Omron10 bp monitor to replace the one I had.
It does not give me my bp readings because I have AFib.
Only AFib shows up on screen. They will not accept a return even though it’s like brand new. Only tried once!
Buyer Beware! Order from someone who will accept returns. I will NEVER order anything from these people!

Great company to deal with

Great experience ordering from Carewell. Product was well packaged and delivered promptly 2 days after order was placed. Prices were excellent. Unlike the competition I was able to order a nebulizer hassle-free without a prescription. I was able to speak to a customer service rep through their 800 number without waiting.

Customer service reps are transparent, but coupons are not

The customer service reps have consistently been very helpful in answering my questions and concerns about products for my senior mom who suffers from dementia. Their professionalism has enabled me to purchase products specifically for my mom's health condition.

It's great that they offer 10% discount coupons, however there's a caveat. The 10% off coupons can only be used a certain number of times by a customer within a given period.

So even though I have been told that I have maxed out on my use of the coupons, I still continue to receive them in advertisements via email. As transparent and helpful as the staff is, this advertising practice seems deceptive.

I would prefer not to continue to receive the coupon offers if I can't use them. While the 10% coupon advertisement does have an asterisk (the "terms" of use?) along side it, I couldn't find the explanation for it even after scrolling through the entire page several times.

The item is unopened but they won't allow return

The item is unopened, in the original packaging and they will not allow returns even though their website mentions that medical and health items are eligible for returns. We ordered the item and it arrived the same day that my aunt passed away so the item wasn't needed. We spent almost $500 and are unable to return it now even though it is unopened in the original packaging so there is no difference to the item compared to how it sits on the shelf in their warehouse yet they refuse to allow a return. Other distributers DO allow returns on the same purewick system.

Have purchased a lot from Carewell, yet they are inflexible on a return

Have purchased a lot from Carewell.com in the past. Do to my wife's weight loss, the pullups I purchased are too large. Cartons have not been opened, but they we unwilling to let me return and replace with a smaller size.
