Successful outcome

Our current care link provider had given notice to end its service and so having reviewed our options we decided to make arrangements with Careium who collected all the necessary information and confirmed that a Elisa would be delivered within the next three days unfortunately the unit did not arrive and as time was running out we contacted Careium to raise our concerns and thankfully Amy Woolett in customer service came to the rescue and quickly made all the necessary arrangements to have the unit delivered the next day she also ensured its arrival confirming delivery and offered any additional support this was extremely important to us and we’re very grateful for her professional support and conduct in this matter

Always been good

Always been good. Cancelled service today as husband has gone into full time residential care. Would definitely use them for myself if it was ever needed.

A few days ago I phoned to get further information about an alarm and optional extra products. I spoke to Amy (advisor) who was charming, kind, and extremely helpful. After the conversation she sent an email in simple straightforward language to confirm the information she had given me at my request. I couldn't have been more grateful for her help and explanations.

First contact- fantastic service

I called the company today to discuss getting a life line for my dad and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I spoke to Amy Woollet, she was very kind and empathetic for the reasons of us needing the life line in place. The ordering was so simple and the product arrives this Wednesday! Amy talked me through everything and made the process very easy so far!

Cheryl made sure an engineer sorted out…

Cheryl made sure an engineer sorted out a problem with my mother (who is ninety six years old) with her falls alarm system. She spent time and made an effort liaising and organising things to ensure success and l was delighted to get it all fixed so quickly.

Very helpful company

Spoke to Mohammed Ali when I had to inform the company that my mother, a customer of Careium, had sadly passed away. He was very sympathetic and kind and made the whole process very easy.
My mother had cause to use her alarm a few times and the operators were also always very helpful. I can highly recommend Careium for peace of mind.

A good experience in difficult times…

A good experience in difficult times when family members need extra care, Careium were very helpful while guiding us through the process. When the time came for us no longer needing the service it was easy to cancel and Denys Oleksiienko was very helpful and thoughtful.We hope we wont need this service again but if we do we will use.
