I've just set up a care call system for my mother with a lovely lady called Fizza Hussain who readily answered all my questions and took us through the whole procedure clearly and with care, which was very reassuring. We used the Careium team for a number…

We used the Careium team for a number of years and never had any cause for complaint. The staff were always polite and helpful. We have recently had a change of circumstances at home that caused us to need a more local and faster team of responders.

The person I spoke to was very polite…

The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. She explained everything clearly to me and took time to make sure I understood everything. She kindly offered me both options on how to wear the fob,which was appreciated. It will be delivered in the next couple of days which is really good and has put my mind at rest.

A quality experience.

I made the decision to purchase a personal alarm for my bedbound, disabled wife to enable me (her husband/carer) to leave the house with piece of mind that if there she had an urgent requirement in my absence I could be contacted immediately.
After reviewing Careium Lifeline website and speaking to Denys I felt assured I had chosen the right company to help me.
The conversation with Denys was very clear, helpful and reassuring, answering all my questions very professionally.
I immediately chose to complete the transaction and submitted my details on the simple online form.
The complete transaction was completed in fifteen minutes and I cannot wait for the equipment to arrive in the next few days.
A very good and satisfying experience.

Fabulous Engineer …

The engineer came today after making contact yesterday. He said he would be here between 12-1pm. He rang again this morning to confirm he would be on time and he kept his word.
Matt McShane the Engineer was polite and courteous and explained the alarm process well.
It was tested with him there in different scenarios to show me how it would work and how it should be tested monthly.

The customer service agent Denys Oleksiienko was very helpful setting this up and explaining all of the options available which put my mind at rest about caring for my mum who has had a couple of falls recently. I think their package is excellently priced and gives real value for money. The unit is super easy to set up and comes with comprehensive instructions.

Spoke to a lovely lady Amy Woollett…

Spoke to a lovely lady Amy Woollett regarding a pendant alert system for my Mum.
Right from the start of the conversation Amy was polite, clear to understand, so helpful, listened to all my questions and answered fully.
Very straightforward and delivery of item was fast tracked to enable my mum to come out of hospital, knowing she could call for help, should a problem arise.
I would definitely recommend this company.
Fantastic service and to have Amy so caring, talking me through everything was brilliant

Clive Tong was brilliant.
Everything was explained clearly and concisely to my wife and l. My wife has been diagnosed with early stage dementia and it was essential that she was fully on board from the start.

I was very impressed with Clive Tong in…

I was very impressed with Clive Tong in Customer Services when I rang with a query regarding returning my recently purchased Abby Personal Alarm. In fact I have never come across such a helpful and efficient person in any Customer Service position before. He knew exactly what was required and dealt with it immediately. He even rang me back a few minutes later to confirm everything had been effected as promised. Careium is lucky to have an employee such as Clive Tong.

Great Customer Service A+++

Great product, Service and customer care team.

Service like this is what gives you confidence in referring your friends and family to a business, If there was ever a need i would come back to Careium due to the help that we received today from Denys Oleksiienko.

He was kind, direct and helped us with a problem where other companies have made things drag. Denys Couldn't do enough for us and did it efficiently, thank you.

Companies usually cant do enough when onboarding new customers but Careium cared from start to finish.
