I bought a pendant from CaratLane.us today for the first time, and overall, I had a very good experience.
When I compared the US and India prices, I noticed almost a $170 difference after converting the INR price to USD. I called customer service to understand the pricing, and Uzair helped me. He explained how the pricing works between the US and India websites.
I already had a 10% website discount and an additional 5% discount. He also introduced me to the POP plan and explained that if I make payments for nine months, CaratLane will cover the 10th month’s installment. I found the plan really interesting.
Uzair was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’m happy with my overall purchase and the customer service I received.

I had wonderful experience with Caratlane. I have almost 5 pieces from them. Every piece is so dainty and beautiful. Uzair helped me with my jewelry and he is so helpful and supportive. I had a problem with my bracelet and even after 3 months they offered to repair it for free and when it couldn’t be repaired they sent a new one in exchange for the broken piece. I have never seen that kind of customer service. They are exceptionally great and easy to reach out. I would really thank Uzair for helping me out in buying new pieces.
