Great service, sometimes slow delivery
Third time ordering batteries here. The first time, I ordered 3 batteries, one of them was DOA, contact them, after some evaluation questions, they replaced it, no charge. The only thing that you must be aware, that sometimes the order comes directly from China and could take a couple of weeks for delivery. If the order is fulfilled in Canada, it could take 2 to 5 days.

Pleasant experience
The purchase was easy, I got a mail with and order tracking number. They used Canada Post (and the order tracking didn't appear to track immediately but their mail already mentioned this could happen so I wasn't worried), eventually, I was able to track it and it arrived in my mail box exactly when it scheduled for delivery.
The battery works great and I am happy with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend. Giving 5 stars.

Hard to find battery available here!
This was the only place in Canada where I could find the specific Dyson battery we needed! Dyson was out of stock and it didn't even show up in many other places I tried to locate it. We received it in good time and the battery was installed and working in no time. Thank you!

Nice experience
I ordered this battery for my Dell inspiron 15 laptop, it was delivered within 1 week and it worked perfectly. They send a toolkit and instructions on how to mount the battery. The battery charges rapidly (within 1 hour) and stay active reasonably (2 hours) while doing regular functions (WORD and EXCEL).

Battery delivered as expected and works as expected.
I ordered a battery for an MSI vector GP66 that was listed as in stock in Richmond, BC. Some reviews suggested the battery would come from China and that it would takes weeks-months. This was not my experience. I ordered the battery on April 23 and the battery was delivered to my rural address on May 1, 2025.
I just installed the battery today and it works great.

Great Price and Service and the Company is Canadian
Didn't want to give up my laptop and looked for a battery. This was the only company who had it and the price and shipping were just right. I wasn't sure if it was the correct one so I entered a comment and before they shipped the battery they asked for me to send the Model # and confirmed it was correct. Once I got the battery it worked perfectly. I've been dealing with the old battery which wouldn't keep a charge for so long if I knew it would be this easy I would have replaced it so much sooner. The fact that its a Canadian company makes it so much better.

When my 6 year old MSI laptop would no longer hold a charge, I did a search for a new battery and found Canada Laptop battery company. They had the best price for an after market brand and super reasonable shipping cost. I ordered the battery on Sunday evening, it shipped first thing Monday morning and I received it 4 days later.
I was an easy install and works perfectly.

Prybar missing
90% ok service, but the non metallic prybar was missing.
Fortunately I had a "guitar pick" which was perfect for removing the bottom case.
Price not bad but amazon.ca beats if you have Prime, but "I will buy Canadian" if possible.The battery holds a charge well, (At least 3.5hrs for now) with battery saver setting on.
