A Fraudulent company and Horrendous quality product.
1) This isn't a Canada based company. It's a Chinese company. They pretend to be in BC
2) The size of the battery was off and difficulty assembling it as the screws won't fit properly and your back panel doesn't close well
3) Day 1- Capacity of the battery is much lower than advertised. They claim much higher capacity but you'd be lucky to hold half it.
4) Battery died after a year. They copy and paste standard replies about "1 year warranty" but no decent battery just lasts barely a year and dies. If you look on reddit, you'll find tons and tons of reviews and discussions on this company and everyone had their battery died just over a year.
5) Customer service - They fail to acknowledge their batteries are substandard and poor quality which are put together just to last a year and theu will not provide any support afterwards.
6) I contacted HP regarding the battery concerns and they told me the Battery had bad cells and is not suitable. I was advised to remove this battery as I could even overheat and destroy the CPU and could have a fire risk hazard as well.
Do not waste your money with these people. I wish I had done my research. $100 down the drain and don't expect any customer device. They stand by their product for a year knowing well that the substandard battery would last barely a year.
The Customer service is not existent. After I emailed them that I will report these issues to the reviews, they decided that they will reply.
Check REDDIT, google, Redflagdeals to see how horrendous their batteries are and it has died for every single person who has bought from them.

3. Capacity Concerns: Battery capacity and longevity depend heavily on usage habits, device conditions, and charging practices. That said, if you noticed capacity issues on Day 1, we would have gladly arranged a replacement or refund within the 12-month warranty period.
4. Warranty Policy: Our warranty clearly states a 12-month coverage from the date of purchase. This is consistent with industry standards for third-party batteries. Unfortunately, as the product has exceeded this period, we are unable to provide a replacement at this stage.
5. Customer Service: We are committed to providing professional after-sales support and always aim to resolve issues within the warranty period. We do not cut corners on quality and stand by the specifications listed for each product.

Fast deliver great value
I can't prove that this battery is safe and keeps its quality over time. I did test it and it was VERY robust indeed. Drawdown was excellent. Price excellent... I was a cell tech for 30 years.

High quality battery shipped promptly
I received the battery in record time, with a Canada Post tracking number. Very happy with the prompt shipping. After installing the battery, it seems that the replacement battery is working better than the original battery. I was able to work longer hours between recharges and not worry about battery running out. The battery seems high quality.

Complete package
The package arrive complete, with screw drivers and pry bars togeather with the battery. It was easy to install, arrived with 60% charge. It charged well and now provides many hours of charge. Love this.

Good battery
I purchased the battery a couple of weeks ago, installed it in my Toshiba Portage Z930, and it works well. After the battery is fully charged I can use the laptop or a few hours of constant use, or for a few days if I use it for a short time and shut down, before it has to plugged in again.
