Mr &Mrs Riches

We needed a room cleared in a care home and expected to struggle to find someone to do it due to Covid lockdown restrictions. But CHC responded positively, with a good price and completed the job professionally and with due respect. Many thanks for helping us out at this difficult time.

Very impressed with John and his team Prompt, polite, efficient and thorough. And excellent value for money compared to competitors.

Highly impressive service. Swift response, flexible arrangements to suit my needs and the guys on the day were professional, friendly, considerate and highly competent, including in clearing up once the house was empty.

John Carey of Cambridge House Clearance provided a prompt and comprehensive probate valuation of the contents of my late brother's large house in Cambridge. Subsequently the family team carried out a complete clearance of this 4 storey property, including a very large book collection,in good time for completion of the house sale. This was done without damage and despite difficult loading arrangements on the street and for a competitive price.I can confidently recommend their service.

Cambridge House Clearance responded to our requirements well and in good time. They carried out their work considerately and politely and left the property clean and tidy. The cost seemed to be fair.

I would recommend him and the company without any hesitation.

Highly recommended. I needed the furniture cleared from my flat. John came and took a quick look and was able to give me an appointment at short notice. His sons did the clearance and they were punctual, friendly and very efficient. It can be hard to see your stuff go, even furniture you know is pretty worn out, and it helped that they handled everything with care. They also navigated the space deftly and took care not to bang into walls. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.

CHC did a superb job of clearing our father's barn of over 40 years of accumulated possessions and the remnants of his business. It was a huge job and although CHC couldn't provide a fixed price at the outset, their estimates of time and cost were extremely accurate. Furthermore, CHC helped us to mitigate the final cost by recovering and selling as much metal as possible, including some precious metals.

Great service.

John came to the house to be able to quote knowingly and gave a fair price. Three turned up at the agreed time and worked quickly checking in with me if they were unsure. They even took away something I had struggling to get rid of.

They are fully registered to get rid of waste and use a designated recycling centre and donate to charities where possible.

I would definitely recommend their service.

Excellent service, called made an appointment, John came over gave us a quote and he did what he said he would very competitive cost, i would recommend him and the company without any hesitation.

Contacted John to arrange a house clearance for my father who had lived in his house since the 1950's, so you can imagine the amount accumulated over the years, quick answer nothing to much trouble.
great communication throughout, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient, courteous, great job. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service from John and the team. From quote to completion they were fantastic.

Highly recommended! Reliable, kind and very professional! I would not hesitate to use them again. Honest people who deliver their services efficiently which is very rare nowdays.

Very well organised. Turned up exactly as agreed. Everyone knew their job and got on with it. The house was left in a very tidy state.

Definitely use them again should the need arise.

Excellent Service from Cambridge House Clearance.
Received a very competitive quote within a few hours of contacting them via their website.
They arrived exactly when they said they would and cleared a huge number of 'black sacks' from my dad's drive and even sent me a couple of photos to prove it.
Price charged was exactly what was on the quote.
I have every intention of using their services again next year.
Thank you
