John and his Team did a great job. I highly recommend them.

After my mother passed away I had the awful job of clearing her house, contacted Cambridge house clearance, I must say I’m very impressed with them, house and garden now completely cleared, John and the chaps that did the clearing were extremely polite and professional. Did a great job and I 100% recommended them

First class service, highly recommended.

Cambridge House Clearance are extremely organised and efficient in their approach, this is the second time we have used them this time was a large job including garage, shed and garden. They did absolutely everything we asked of them and left no mess.
Yet again we were delighted with all their efforts and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service: easy to arrange; very prompt and efficient on the day.

Thorough preliminary survey, prompt and reasonable quotation, efficient and considerate clearance - strongly recommended.

Friendly, Quick, efficient, great customer service. Emptied my fathers flat in one morning. Did exactly what they said they would with no fuss, mess or hassle.

We had to clear a family property recently, due to a relative going into a care home. From getting the original quotation, to the 3 day, tailored to our specific needs house clearance, John and his family team were diligent, respectful and discreet. The very thoughtful handling of the situation stood out and we cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Arrived on time and were very polite and considerate. Did the job efficiently and kept me informed on progress. Very satisfied.

Booking was easy and on the day of the clearance they arrived on time and did an excellent job of clearing the garage and making what was a very messy space tidy again.

An honest and professional team who were totally reliable, punctual and nice to be around. They did a great job clearing my aunt’s house and went above and beyond to make sure it was all completed in one day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very kind staff and efficient service after a cleanup regarding squirrels. Will be pleased to recommend them.

John has been great - so helpful with his advice and then efficient in organising the house clearance we needed. His team were fantastic on the day and very caring and sensitive, despite the job they were there to do. Can't recommend highly enough ...

Very efficient service from start to finish.
Good communication. Collection day, van was on time, and team followed all instructions.

The team arrived exactly at the time they specified and were extremely professional clearing the house quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish.
The whole team is customer orientated, timely response to quote, and completed the clearance on time to a high standard.
Would definitely use again.

Response by phone and email and the quote were immediate and cost competitive as well as compliant with all the relevant legislation. I would say not to bother with other quotes because this firm is rightly proud to retain its reputation in the area. Two men and the lorry arrived on time, to the minute, were careful to work out the least disruptive path for the loading and worked carefully, efficiently and courteously. Items were classified, packed and transported away including some difficult outside items and food in the fridge plus kitchen cupboards. The property was left in a fully swept and vacuumed condition which was to a standard high enough for immediate sale. So if we had lived far away from the house, we could have managed the whole service remotely. Some of the goods go to charity shops so the company is socially conscientious. A genuinely professional firm with all the experience to handle anything.

Great family run business. Would definitely use again. Incredibly professional and hard working but also incredibly respectful and empathetic to the sensitive business of clearing the much loved home of our late father. John, Lawrence and James are all great. Support this well run and fair business.
