The pack was unboxed when it arrived
The pack was unboxed when it arrived, and the underwear inside is filled with some sort of dirt and it's legit so disgusting that I need to wash them twice.
Very disappointing with the package.

Sadly, I had to return the item as photo showed the wrong colour. On the website it still hasn’t been corrected 🤦♂️

Pyjamas arrived in a really bad condition!
I had to call customer services for a return as I was worried that they wouldn’t take it back.
I don’t know how they were even sent out like that.
These were a present and now they have turned out to be a massive inconvenience ask have they go out of my way and return them. They sent me an offer of 15% off my next purchase which is an insult! Won’t be buying again!

Unimaginable and disrespectful experience
I went to collect my order in store which I ordered online. My disappointment when the staff were not welcoming at all and asked me to wait for just 1 person to assist me, I patiently waiting as the staff served other customer.
As I was waiting, I went into the lingerie side, 1 of the staff felt to me like she followed me into which I do not think was appropriate or needed at all, anyways I ignored her and went through the iteams and liked an iteam which I did tel the staff to get me a size, she said that the size was available and I had to wait for her to get it for me.
I waited for good 10-15 minutes and than the staff comes back to me with a very surprising and casual response saying that she found 1 size bigger and that the size I ordered is available but she has to go through the stock to look for it and she did not offer me to wait and just made a smiling face as if she said see you next time. Anyways I got my order and my way through.
I do not understand how the staff at such a renowned company are trained to deal with queries but for sure not this way.

Been seeing a lot of items advertised…
Been seeing a lot of items advertised on Instagram so i ordered a fair few things . I've got to say the quality for Calvin Klien is shocking. At sale prices i don't mind but at full price think they've got a cheek. A cap came yesterday £25 in the sale £50 at full price it was an absoloute disgrace. Poorly made threads hanging of it out of shape. The material was terrible i honestly wouldn't of paid a fiver for it. Also ordered two pairs of trainers in size 8 one pair came and are massive and the other pair came and r too small both supposed to be a size 8! Honestly after reading other reviews you seriously need to do better on quality control!

Quality is always there. Also shipment very fast. Unfortunately I had to return trousers and size up as the cut was slim, so regular size was too small.

Received my cap yesterday the delivery itself was awful as the cap was pressed and flattened,the carton was also 3/4 torn could hardly hold it inside when carrying 🥹.
The cap itself is of poor quality,looks like it was made in a hurry the stitches aren’t straight.very disappointed
