The top arrived inside out and scrunched up. I’ve had better presented purchases from charity shops. I didn’t even try it on.
See below… they asked me to reach out to CS so I did! They had no clue? Even sent a screenshot, so their comment was as useful as the scrunched up garment.

Excellent shopping experience and very comfortable elegant bras.
The website is great, clear and well described. The courier tracking and delivery is excellent…I find this so important as there is always an element of risk with online shopping. (Wrong address, not delivered etc).
The bras I have are brilliant. They fit perfectly, they are a good quality and very comfortable. Delighted.
I bought the lightly lined wire free bra in 34A black, cedar and mauve. I wish there was a white option.
