I had a bad experience
I had a bad experience. The site offered me 10% if I sign up for newsletter. But once I tried to apply the discount explaining that value is not sufficient. I ordered for £72. It didn't say what value is sufficient. Extremely annoying!

Ordered the dress and men’s swimming…
Ordered the dress and men’s swimming shorts. Both were not in stock, asked to notify me when needed sizes become available. In few days notifications were send and I ordered desired items. Parcels came quickly, there was a support along the way enabling me to truck the orders. I’m very happy with the items, all true to size. It is not my first purchase with KC and great experience always)

The delivery of my parcel was poor
The delivery of my parcel did not go to well as the postman decided to leave it at my front door instead of actually knocking at my door. Never mind! I really loved my new pareo, lovely linen-modal material and the taupe colour is also lovey.

I shopped in store and online. In store I had an excellent experience with knowledgable and helpful staff. Online was super easy as well although my pants and bras arrived on individual plastic hangers and covered in plastic wrap - far too much wasteful packaging. I love the product - it lasts - good quality.

The website is faulty and has an address structure issue that doesn’t support the express payment options they provide on their website (PayPal and Apple Pay). Order was placed successfully but with an incorrect and incomplete address. When I contacted customer service immediately, I was told that this is a known issue; my address cannot be changed on their system; and the order cannot be cancelled because the window has passed! This was obviously incorrect information and the agent only bothered to review the policy and successfully cancel the order after I kept pressing for answers! I shan’t be buying from Calvin Klein website ever again. To have a faulty checkout on an e-commerce website in 2026 is WILD and completely unacceptable! Boooooo!

I have received my order quick, I was informed about the progress of my purchase, making easier to be traced by me. It was not overbearing the e-mails, just the right amount keeping me posted. I bought from their direct website few times before and if you subscribe to it, when they have sales you are informed first hand giving you the chance to grab really good items for half price on some items. Brilliant!
