Hi goods ordered arrived on time in perfect condition very well packed and as described in the advert

We had a great price for the shed ,after researching many sheds we chose Buttercup farm for the quality of the product ,after un packing it all looks as it should ,Haven"t put it up yet so will review again after erecting the shed many thanks.

The service was incredible. Nothing was a problem and questions were answered in super quick time. James was amazing with customer service. I will definitely use the company again.

The wellie box I ordered arrived within 10 days and was of good quality wood, pleasing to the eye and made well. A sturdy, stylish box with waterproof lid and hopefully will last and last! Perfect for storing my wellies, hats, gloves etc. and looks great in my rustic kitchen (although I could store it outside if I needed to). Useful for storing dog / pet food or anything else too!

I had ordered the Charles Taylor rocker bench from 2 other companies who after 3 weeks just cancelled the order without any information. I did an online chats with Buttercup Farm asking if I order from them could the assure delivery which they did. I ordered the bench hand was sent a delivery date of only a few days away. Didn’t hear anything more until it showed up at my door.
I’m really happy with the bench, it was easy to assemble and looks great quality.
Thank you Buttercup Farm, I would certainly order from the again.

So I have given the company and opportunity to reply but they haven’t so rather than type it all out again below is the email I sent which details my experience -

Sorry for the tone of this email but I am rather annoyed with the delivery service of my item.

After ordering the furniture set you informed me that the company would be in contact to arrange delivery. Well they did not contact me and this week I was away as was my partner with work.

Checking my emails everyday and the web link you sent me I still had no idea when the item would be delivered.

So when my partner got home after a very long day at work she was rather cross to find the below, dumped on the pavement outside the wrong house -

God knows how long it was there for, and my neighbour who is disabled and in a wheelchair chair could not even go out until it was moved. Janie managed to unpack and move it as I was away so now I had a very cross partner and neighbours.

So I checked the pallet force web site to see the below summary -

This is clearly a lie as I was roughly about 200 miles away so now I am cross and annoyed.

Before I leave a negative review about my customer experience with you I thought I should give you an opportunity to offer some sort of explanation in relation to this chain poor service.

So in summary they take your money and the delivery company they employ turn up when they want without notice dump the item in the middle of the pavement blocking access and then lie that I have received, checked and signed for it.

Not acceptable ….

Buttercup farm is a very good site,easy oredering ,good replys,and lots of choice.

Beautiful umbrella frame for wisteria. Very sturdy large extremely well made and great value. Highly recommend.

Communication is the company's only downside, no information until the date of delivery - which was 8 days!!

Never used this company before but was searching for strong plant supports.
Found the item and I gave to say they are the best around, particularly given the price I would definitely buy more and wish they had an extended range.

Purchase 3rd of may bought a gazebo 4 x 3 this the canopy size not the frame which is a foot smaller all the way round. So be careful not to make any bases till this arrives. We had a faulty part also which hopefully will arrive tomorrow. After many emails which they are good at replying might need a nudge. Gazebo it self a bit flimsy compared to our last one which lasted 11 years with just one roof replacement. Only time will tell but I very doubt I'll get 11 years from this gazebo but after 3 weeks hopefully we will get it put up this week. I'll update when up with photos

Item well and acvurately described and arrived promptly as promised.

First time I have purchased from Buttercup Farm & am very pleased with my purchase of a metal stand and base for a wisteria. As yet haven’t planted the wisteria but the stand is very well made & the base makes the garden pot very secure. Delivery was quick & was kept informed. Highly recommend this company.
