Carpet delivered 1 day late
Carpet delivered 1 day late. No communication to let me know why late delivery and again no communication of driver. Carpet just turned up. Driver said he had wrong number. I had told berts the correct number to use. The telephone number was passed to berts the day before delivery was started. I was told carpet was being delivered on the 7th. It arrived on 8th.

Thanks Colin, our delivery service tends to be 1-3 working days as advertised. You received your order on 2nd working day, unfortunately Burts was let down on the communication side by the 3rd party courier we hired to deliver your order. We passed on your new number as the number provided originally wasn't correct, unfortunately our couriers found it difficult to change a number once delivery is already in process.

YORK 99 VINYL
I have been searching for the pattern I wanted for long time and finally found it at Burts Online. It was not an expencive buy of YORK99 Vinyl Flooring for my kitchen. Delievery and service was swift and quick but I can not say that about the quality of the Vinyl.
You can easily rip it with your hands, my fitting guys were afraid to stand on it, to leave a mark or make a hole in it. They had to get plywood panels to protect the Vinyl, whilst fitting the kitchen units.
I will have to keep it now, but I will not reccomend it for the kitchen that specific style.

A fantastic choice at unbeatable prices
A fantastic choice of carpets and floor coverings at unbeatable prices. I bought a striped carpet for my stair runner and landing - Chelsea Stripe, and got an amazing deal. The carpet arrived within a couple of days of ordering. In spite of restricted space to move around, the delivery team, which Burts Online used (DX Freight), were really helpful and patient, and managed to manoeuvre the carpet roll into my small house. The carpet is of excellent quality. All in all, a very positive experience - thank you. 😀

Delivery was as stated and the package was very securely put together. Delivery cost was rather expensive.
