I reached out to a page on Facebook and was given Brooke’s suspension as a recommendation. I gave them a message and they have been absolutely amazing. Telling me the pros and cons of certain setups and what to expect by purchasing each one. Marc helped me decide which suspension was best for my purpose. They also kept me in the loop with constant updates on shipping, so I knew when I should expect delivery (certain suspension set ups have a lead time) I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Honestly an amazing place. They even price matched another company for me!!

Although we appreciate your custom, this is without doubt the most unreasonable review we have received!
You placed an order for a built to order shock absorber from us whilst we were closed over Christmas - the item description specifies a 4-6 week leadtime.
You then emailed us for an update just over a week after placing the order, on a Friday evening, after we had closed. We received this review the next day (Saturday - we're open Monday to Friday) and we replied back to your email at 9:03am on Monday.
Your order was shipped just over three weeks after it was placed.
We politely asked you to amend your review, but you have not done so.
We're struggling to see what we did wrong here or what we could have done better.
