Everybody can do sales. It's when problems occur, the integrity of the company is tested.
I ordered a front fork kit, payment was arranged, the day after I received a polite email stating there would be 1 - 2 weeks delay, with apologies. Unfortunately, i needed the fork kit fast, so I opted to cancel the order. I promptly received another polite email with confirmation followed by a reversal of my payment.
Superb handling from Marc at Brook Suspension. Will definitely get back to them for parts in the future!

At first glance it appeared that they sent the wrong parts. After disassembling everything it turned out that the parts were correct. I owe an apology for the previous incorrect rating. 5 stars for sure!

Marc was very careful to check I was ordering the correct Ohlins fork cartridge kit for my ‘24 Harley cvo street glide. Now fitted and a spectacular difference in ride quality and control. Highly recommend, both Brooks and Ohlins

Marc really did go above and beyond to rummage around and send images of whatever bits he could find to rebuild a 32 year old shock. He could have said it's too old, no parts available, but he stuck with it and the job is done. I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

Very helpful telephone staff who went above and beyond whilst helping to provide items no longer available by the original motorcycle brand. I would definitely use Brook Suspension again for suspension requirements.

Recently purchased an Ohlins steering damper. Unfortunately before being dispatched Brook Suspension realised a part of the fitting kit was missing. They informed me straight away and advised on timescale to get the missing part from Italy. Marc was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the product and will definitely be using Brook Susp' for other parts. Would highly recommend for great customer service and parts.

Amazing customer service in help getting new stanchions, springs seals for my Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 2003 B1H. Spoke to customer service a few times for getting information about my fork internals, information and advice. Been such great help and thank you so much. Will be returning for all future forks/spring maintenance. Also must I say super fast delivery times.

Great communication, great advice!

The springs are spot on but, there was no enough fork oil provided with the kit. I paid for 24 hours delivery and my order sat in the depot for 2 days.

Everthing from the start professional information and knoledge about my model of bike .kept up to date with email's was able to track goods from start to Finnish delivered on time can't fault the service provided would recommend brook suspention to anyone many thanks conway ps I will let you no how I get on when there fitted and up and running thanks once again

i recently bought a nitron shock and some andreana misano fork cartridges for my 2016 moto guzzi stelvio recently, having done a few hundred miles on them now and got them dialed in its now a more comfortable and more confidence inspiring bike to ride on our rough potholed roads. marc at brook suspension was a nice and knowledgable guy to deal with. not a cheap upgrade but worthwhile on a bike i intend to keep for sometime.

What an amazing customer service experience! Quick response on enquiries, excellent communication and extremely helpful! Will recommend to others and will be using again in the future!
