Great customer service. Knowledgeable when in doubt

I ordered a shock absorber and springs for my Honda CRF 300L motorcycle.
During delivery, there were some customs issues, and the package was returned to the sender. Throughout the process, the store's customer support was responsive and helpful, and they had no problem reshipping the package to a different address.
I recommend this store for purchases — any issues can be quickly resolved by contacting their support team.

If a company advertises an item as "being in stock", then it should be in stock and ready to dispatch.

If it's not then update the website to reflect that fact then people won't order an item and be dissapointed when chasing up the delivery and be told "we're waiting for a delivery."
To the average customer this is deceptive and you won't garner customer loyalty.

Had questions before ordering, which were answered quickly and professionally. Great selection, more than fair price, ridiculously rapid delivery. UK to United States in less time than a domestic delivery. Totally satisfied, order with confidence!

Took a set of aprilia forks to for full service k tech springs and k tech valves the difference is amazing’ completely transformed the handling of the bike I’m much more confident in it now 🙏👏👍 definitely will be visiting with another bike in future

Great service. Answered a question after hours. An obscure fit for a 2006 XT 250 Serow but arrived quickly. Fit was spot on and preload seems about right.yet to ride it ( YSS basic) but signs are good.
