I really recommend these guys. I ordered a Hyperpro forks kit and shock absorber for my old bike. They offered good advice, got the stuff imported for me and kept me up to date on the delivery timeline. Really excellent service, they know what they're talking about and they keep their promises.

Top guys Marc/David they provide really great customer service, I was ordering shock absorber nitron R3 for my triumph explorer Gen 1, unfortunately I have to wait longer than estimated time because Nitron company have some issue , but after receiving my parts by the brook suspension they straight away fitted to my bike,and give me smile on my face

Very happy to get these Showa parts that don't seem to be available in Australia. The price was good, although the postage was relatively high compared to most from the UK. The items were despatched very quickly, but took longer to clear customs and Auspost than to arrive in country! Good website, good updates.

I was looking for spares to rebuild my Aprilia RSV4's front suspension, especially the upper & lower tubes, and came across Brooks Suspension through a good friend. I found both the upper & lower tubes to rebuild my Ohlins forks available. Also, David kept me honest about the shipping dates and checked if I'm willing to wait out the delay. In my view, that's top notch customer service and combined with the wide assortment of services & parts they offer, deserves a five star rating.

Purchased some Kawasaki H2 fork stantions, unfortunately they were not the same as my old ones and had to return them. All returned with no issue and quick refund.

Adding YSS shocks was one of the modifications I made to my previous scooter, a X-Town 300i and I was pleased with the result. Two and a half years in with riding its replacement, the Kymco DTX360, I decided to try the same mod and had the shop fit two new YSS shock absorbers this morning. One hiccup was the rack for my Shad top case had to be slightly modified, but all told the work was done in 90 minutes.

Then on to test the new shocks on some fast sweeping local roads that I am familiar with. Full disclosure, I am no suspension expert, adjusting the preload is about the limit of my expertise! So, can I notice a difference? Yes. Marginal, but definitely there. As with the X-Town, the ride height is now marginally higher (5-10mm?), which should improve cornering clearance when pressing on. Biggest noticeable improvement is to the spine-jarring jolts I used to get from the omnipresent pot holes we have in my neck of the UK. These are now much better owing to (I guess) a more compliant compression from the springs/damping. Yes you still get the bump, but it no longer feels like your fillings are being shaken out!

Overall the handling feels smoother and more taut. Some of that may be imagined on my part, but the scooter definitely feels more composed as you hustle it through the bends. £205 well spent.

Found the part(s) I was looking for online yesterday morning.
Phoned up to make sure it was correct part for what I needed.
The guy on the other end was helpful and confirmed that it was indeed the correct part.
Paid over the phone and a conformation email with attached invoice was sent very quickly.
The part arrived this afternoon (next day) via Royal Mail very well wrapped and protected in a strong cardboard box. Impressive service. Thank you.
