Had a few questions before ordering a new shock for my Aprilia RS 660 (eventually decided on the Nitron R3), and Marc exchanged some 20-odd emails with me to help figure things out. Incredibly polite, fast, and accurate communication!

Fork springs were in stock and arrived 2 days later rear shock was made to order with 3 week wait, shock arrived after about 2 weeks.

After purchasing a Ohlins rear shock for my VFR 800 I have to say I was amazed by the customer service. First off it was an item that didn't have in stock/didn't stock but they covered the cost of getting one made up by Ohlins and let me know straight away about this issue. However when the item arrived the spring on the shock was not in the best condition, this was down to Ohlins and not Brook suspension at all. But as soon as I contacted them they arranged to get it sent back straight to them to get sorted. Once the issue was sorted they again sent the item straight back to me with a 24 hour courier. They always communicated what was going on with my order through all off this. I really can't rate them highly enough. Happy with my purchase!

Excellent advice given about new rear shock , no trying to sell higher priced items. Speedy service getting parts from Performance Parts. Will happily use Brook Suspension again.

I recently purchased a set of these for a Suzuki GSX 1400 YSS RG362 Twin Shock Absorbers (02-07) (RG362-335TRCL-07) from Brook Suspension.
The service was brilliant, delivery very fast. The shocks look fantastic and of very good quality. They were very easy to fit. Plenty of easy adjustments can be done to suit your style and comfort. I would highly recommend this company and these shocks.
