Staying at Brickhouse was awesome
Staying at the Brickhouse Inn was awesome, everything is so close to it. We did the Ghost tour, Jenny Wade tour, Orphanage it our and several others and they were amazing. I am looking forward to next year when we can visit Gettysburg again.

The BRICKHOUSE INN in Gettysburg is a great inn to stay at. The ambiance was very much of the time period. The location was exceptional. You can walk to many stores, restaurants, pub and breweries. It was easy to book. The accommodation was very nice. My room was clean and easy to access. The bed was firm and comfortable. The air conditioning and fan worked great. I had a great nights sleep. I will definitely stay there again,

We enjoyed our stay at the Brickhouse…
We enjoyed our stay at the Brickhouse this August. Our room was quaint and very clean and the home’s location was in walking distance to many attractions. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved ending the day by taking a drink out on the porch and sitting on the swing and people watching.
Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Historical Inn
The Brickhouse Inn is a wonderful piece of history to stay in. The location is in easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and historical locations within Gettysburg. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the board games within the parlor. The backyard area was very peaceful as well. We would definitely recommend this Inn to others and will look to stay here in the future.

Wonderful Experience
It was bike week when we visited. Despite it being really loud outside, inside the Brickhouse you couldn't hear the noise much at all. The location of this place is perfect. Within walking distance to a lot of great places. The decor, cleanliness, friendly staff was great! The rooms were comfortable and the Tours were great! We did a food tour with Silver, and she was amazing! And John was our battlefield tour guide. He did an outstanding job! We really want to come back and visit again...but not on bike week :-)

Loved the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were outstanding! The inn is in the heart of Gettysburg, and within walking distance of many destinations.

A great place to stay in Gettysburg
I stayed in the Virginia room and it was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Sam, the innkeeper, was super nice and helpful. The location was within an easy walking distance to some cute shops and restaurants. There is a nice patio area where I sat and enjoyed my coffee. I would definitely stay there again.

Double check your reservation!
The people who own/run Brickhouse are great.. very attenative, and nice.
But if you book a stay, look over EVERYTHING that has to do with the reservation. I thought that a Bed & BREAKFAST was just that... a bed AND breakfast. When we go to eat the first morning, we were told that a our reservation did not include breakfast and we had to pay 20 something more for each of us.. and for what we paid to stay, all food should be included. Oh and what ever happened to just a plain old farmers breakfast?

We do offer breakfast as an option, as we've found a lot of our guests opt to dine elsewhere on their own time during their exploration of the city and don't want to alter their schedules. Great historic location
Wonderful and beautiful historic location. Great spot for watching the Memorial Day parade and easy walks to downtown shops. Loved it.

Disappointed …
Air conditioning was set to heat even though it was 75 degrees so they brought us up a box fan for the window. You call yourselves a bed & breakfast, but we had to pay an additional $18 per person if we wanted breakfast. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Better pressure in the sink I guess you’re cutting a lot of corners. Very disappointing stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at the brick house in while visiting Gettysburg for the weekend. It was clean, close to everything, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day of walking! We will stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
