Tim was very helpful in helping us personalize an electric toothbrush as a wedding party gift bag item. We ordered 100 pieces with custom imprinted logo. The brides family was so excited by the quality and imprint outcome that we ordered another 100 units! The two separate shipments arrived on time, well packaged and were a huge hit with wedding guests! Jacks Customer service at Branded Promo was amazing. I ordered 120 custom knitted hats for a golfing fundraising tournament. Normal turn around time is 4-6 weeks but of course I contacted them about 2.5 weeks before the event. He worked with me and as expected a little extra charge to be expedited but I received our player gifts on time! When the shipping notice came it said arrival would be after our event but Jack made sure I received them on time (actually 2 days before the event.) The price as amazing and the product turned out so good. Great quality. Highly recommend Branded Promo and working with Jack.

Rio was extremely fast in putting my order together! Very professional and helped answer all my questions.

No idea how this company earned a 4.9 - just sent a quote request and heard back vie email from Leo, who quoted me MORE THAN $1,000 OVER THEIR OWN WEBSITE'S PUBLISHED PRICE! When I called him out, he offered another price - though STILL higher than the website's published price and said if that wasn't good enough his only other option was a knockoff from China. No apology, no explanation - can only imagine he works on commission. I mean, come on! What a piece of work. I will make this significant purchase elsewhere - plenty of other companies have this item and they've ALL been far more transparent and helpful. Bottom line: steer WAY clear.

Their response is more lies. I've been shopping for this item and have several quotes. Branded Promo's cost is significantly higher than anywhere else I've looked. Moreover, their quote is blanketed; no breakdown of tax or shipping and yes, they did suggest a knockoff from China.Nowhere, in any of the 3 emails from Leo was the pricing discrepancy discussed or explained. I'd upload the emails if that were an option.
I stand behind my review.
And I did, happily & confidently, purchase elsewhere.
