Great service! Quick delivery! Product was spot on

Stop your searching and go with these guys for your promo needs. the customer service I have recieved from Rio and the team is next level!

Our correspondent, Tim Turner, gave us such a great experience with Branded Promo as a supplier. Tim is so supportive and responsive. He provided clear and prompt communication, conveyed useful artistic advice for the design on the item, and was able to work with us and help us fulfill our order within the estimated delivery date/timeframe. Will return for when we need to restock.

The service from beginning to the end was TOP TIER! 100/100
I received prompt and daily contact, and I always knew what was going on. I am extremely happy as a customer.

I’ll like to take a moment to leave Jamalle a review and thank personally for the exceptional service Jamalle provided from start to finish.

Dear Jamalle, there is a reason we came back as a returning client. Your responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall customer care have made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

It is truly a pleasure working with someone who is so dedicated to ensuring everything is handled seamlessly. Thank you for going above and beyond, and please know that your outstanding service has been a key reason for our continued business with Branded Promo.

Thank you again, and I look forward to working together on future projects!

Created items just as I requested. I am well pleased with the items. Packages were fully secured. Responded quickly to inquiries. The processing time is lengthy for items but that was disclosed from the start.

Great quality product! Quick communication regarding the product as well

Rio made this process fast and easy! So excited to get the product!

The hand held fans for my daughter's sweet 16 were a hit. The guests were all asking me where did I purchase them. Also, the color from the wording sweet 16 and date was beautiful. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special. Will definitely pass the the word on your product.

Nick was Gary to work with. Fast, reliable service. Great product.

We love working with Leo and the amazing team at Branded Promo! This is the second year they have created custom capes for our recycling superheroes.

Students across the country proudly wear their capes while searching for aluminum cans to recycle in the Million Cans Recycling Contest and together, they have recycled more than 6.5 million cans!

These capes make a huge impact by helping students feel like the superheroes they truly are and reminding them that small actions can create big change.

Thank you, Branded Promo, for the high-quality capes, fantastic customer service, and continued support of our recycling superheroes! ♻️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ #millioncans

We ordered cooler bags from Branded Promo and they came out great! our account manager Nick J is the absolute best - easy to talk to, place orders and get product details from! Thanks!

The service provided by Jamalle was extremely helpful. He was prompt and informative during the entire process. He did his best to ensure we received the product we ordered. The product itself was exactly as advertised and we are very satisfied.

Thank you!!!

The mirrors we received were great quality and great price! The customer service was event better! Rio was absolutely amazing to work with!

We worked with RJ from Branded Promo and the experience was great! The process was swift but not rushed and there was clear communication on order quantities, colors, graphics, and product approvals from him the entire time. He was very patient and receptive to all changes/adjustment made and prompt in his responses which made the process very easy.

Photos and videos were quickly sent for final approval, and all the products look exactly like the mockup. The turnaround time was quicker than expected, with us receiving our items in just a few weeks and well before the delivery date. The products we ordered are great quality and everyone that received one has loved it.

Rio and Branded Promo stepped up where no one else seemed to be able to and got me the item I wanted, for when I need it, and at a better price than anyone else even offered. Top Notch!!

Great customer service! Professional, kind, and accommodating. 100% recommend for any awards or products!!!

I work for Verdadero Tequila, and Nick has been incredible to work with. We recently trusted him with a pretty complicated merch order that had a lot of moving pieces, and he made the entire process feel easy and manageable from start to finish.

He is also one of the most available and responsive vendors we work with. I have a call with him almost every week, and he is always willing to talk through ideas, answer questions, troubleshoot, or help us figure out the best solution. It really feels like he cares about getting things right for us, not just completing an order.

We’ve been so happy with everything we’ve worked on with Nick and have a lot of trust in him and his team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a merch partner who is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely great to work with.

I was referred to RJ and decided to try him out. I'm thankful I did, because he was great! I found him efficient, easy to communicate with, and proactive in making sure I got what I wanted by the time I needed it. I appreciate his professionalism and sense of urgency with this project. Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend him.

The preliminary process of ordering my custom products was very quick, and received great customer service. Rio was wonderful to work with!
