Tyler was great, product came out as designed and 5 days ahead of schedule! Would totally use again.

Rio was the one who worked on our order, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything right and within the required timeline. Highly recommend working with him! Thanks, Rio!!

Great customer service and super quick replies. Will use again.

This is the first time I have used your company. I emailed asking several questions about the product and payment options. I was lucky enough to have Jamalle Connolly email me back. He was very helpful with getting the quotes and helping me through the payment process when it hit a little snag. I was fortunate to talk with him, and he has great customer service skills and I look forward to working with him again.

Rio Smith was very helpful to me when ordering our conference lanyards. The pricing he have was great! but most of all he was very understanding when I was feeling a little frustrated with the credit card processing. Very professional and very kind.
Thank you Rio, we look forward to doing business with you again next year. Good Luck !

Great quality, fast service. Xander was wonderful working with he was very helpful and knowledgeable.. our stress balls for the conference or a big hit thanks to All all of his help. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jamalle and our experience working with Branded Promo!

We had quite the journey coordinating media kits and a variety of promotional items for events across three different markets. With multiple products, quantities, deadlines, and shipping destinations, there were plenty of moving parts! Through it all, Jamalle was absolutely fantastic.

He was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. No matter how many questions, changes, or challenges came our way, he was always patient, accommodating, and quick to find solutions.

What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service. He stayed engaged throughout the entire process, followed through on details, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together.

Having a dependable vendor partner makes all the difference, and Jamalle was exactly that for us!

Thank you, Jamalle, for your hard work, positive attitude, and exceptional service. It was an absolute pleasure working with you! I highly recommend Jamalle and Branded Promo and look forward to working together again!

Our team was under an extremely tight deadline to get a branded product created and shipped to our vendor by a certain date. I had reached out to another imprinting company to get a quote, but 3 business days went by without me hearing from them, and it was time I absolutely could not afford to lose.

I reached out to Branded Promo and Jamalle helped me right away - assured me the product would arrive on time, and was ON TOP of every aspect of the order. He texted me to let me know that he had just emailed me, which I super appreciated because I was worried emails might end up in my SPAM folder and I'd miss an important step that would delay production.

I regretted not working with Branded Promo from the start and wished I would have reached out to them first! I've ordered from a lot of companies similar to Branded Promo but nothing compares to the level of service they provide. The product ended up arriving with 2 days to spare, and they looked great. Jamalle was extremely responsive, often answering my emails within 5 minutes.

The original company I contacted ended up getting back to me about two weeks after my initial quote request. If I had stuck with them, we would have missed our deadline by literal weeks.

I'm so glad I was able to work with someone like Jamalle who truly cared about getting my order shipped out on time.

Jamalle made the process very simple. The products we designed were a hit. We plan on ordering more prices from Branded Promo. We appreciate the attention to details and customer service that Jamalle had with us

Jamalle was extremely helpful. He found me exactly what we need at an excellent price. I highly recommend this company

Tim is always easy to work with! The quality and colors on the bag are perfect. We will continue to order!

Jamalle is by far the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. He always responded promptly and went out of his way to ensure all of my needs were met. He answered every phone call and email in record breaking time. I am not over exaggerating about that. Please reach out to him if there are any concerns about an upcoming order.

Branded Promo absolutely knocked it out of the park! They created fantastic custom-branded drumsticks for me in record time, and the results exceeded my expectations. Everything was made exactly to my specifications, the quality was excellent, and the price was hands-down the best I could find!

I was especially impressed with how quickly they turned my order around without compromising on quality or attention to detail. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.

If you're looking for high-quality promotional products, personalized service, fast turnaround, and unbeatable pricing, I highly recommend Branded Promo. They delivered on every level, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Thank you, Branded Promo, for bringing my vision to life! I'll definitely be back for future projects.

Ok, so this was my first time ordering from this company. I found them online so I honestly was a bit nervous at first. Jack was absolutely wonderful to work with. He found a unique product that we were looking for and provided us a quality product at a fair price. We purchased custom masonry line blocks and our logo looked great. Jack made everything quick and easy and went the extra mile for us. I will definitely be working with him again!

Just so helpful and patient with my lack of understanding of computers.

I am very pleased with the customer service, quick response, and mock up of my order. Mr. Tim Turner was very helpful, very responsive, call me upon my request to confirm everything before ordering and was very friendly to work with.
