Brilliant delivery and product
Bradfords were great from start to finish. Only wish we had tried them first before a certain other large gravel company, who were dreadful! Gravel is brilliant and good value for money

Easy to deal with
Easy to order, store rang with initial delivery date, text on the day to confirm time slot and Phil the delivery driver was excellent, unloading exactly where I asked.

Some materials sub standard
I had some sleepers and other materials delivered. The delivery men could not have been more helpful and would get 5 stars. Out of the 12 sleepers ( hidden in the middle) were at least 3 sub standard ones, big chunks of edges missing and already signs of rot. If I’d of been collecting these from the store I would not have accepted them.

Always very friendly and professional. I recently had to cancel an order and it was sorted straight away and funds were re issued to my account, even though I managed to call the wrong depot . Thanks to Gary at Glastonbury for helping me out.

Driver service
As with previous deliveries the driver was exceptionally helpful in unloading for me since I have a back problem.

Closed early for unknown reason
Website said open until 1400 on Saturday at Glastonbury. I turned up between 1245-1315 to collect my order and it was closed. This meant i could not complete my project on the weekend set aside for it.
No notice on gate to advise why closed and sign by gate said it was open until 1400 also.
When i collected in the week the staff were friendly and helpful though
