Ordered on line , which was easy. Got a phone call the next day from my local store, Glastonbury. Telling me my delivery would be arriving the next day. When my delivery came, the driver was very helpful and the quality of the ply was very good , definitely be using them again

Shocking delivery time.. don't care about their customers
Over the years of building I have spent a lot of money at other building suppliers. Thought I would try Bradford's in Glastonbury. Only half a mile from the job. Ordered online in stock for delivery. Small order but no less important. Job on.
2 day later get a call that the stock is damaged and they will get it from another site and then deliver it to me. 5 days later I phone again, "yeah they are here arrived today" oh yeah mmmm I bet. " We can deliver in 5 days time" I asked if they could fit me in as the job was now urgent and that would be 2 weeks. " No too busy" was the answer. Well we won't be using Glastonbury Bradfords again will we boys

Just the one thank you.
I thought my on line purchase was a bit expensive but when I collected it from your Glastonbury store it became clear that I had put two in my basket. The staff accepted the return of one and credited my account immediately with no trouble whatsoever.

Delivery driver
Delivery driver. He noticed a split in the gravel bulk bag and before unloading it - he checked where the gravel was being used. It wasn’t on the drive but for the garden. So he didn’t unload it, but took it back to the depot and swooped it for a new bag. And delivered it later that day! Just brilliant customer service. Thank you!
