delivery not as it should be
was told when telephoned would be delivery between 11 am to 1pm then received an e-mail saying it was to be delivered between 1pm & 5pm
waited at home all day an e-mail giving an estimated time of arrival would be helpful either morning or afternoon delivery

Until Lisa Bowen left the Exeter…
Until Lisa Bowen left the Exeter branch, we had only great things to say about the service we received. We used Bradfords for entire build and Lisa was exceptional at advising us, sourcing materials and ensuring that the materials turned up when she said they would.
Is was only when Lisa left that we realised just how amazing she had been in managing our project, we didn't receive the same level of service, orders were almost always late, wrong products sent and quite honestly it became really stressful.
We have another build that we are starting to plan for, we would have used Bradfords in a heartbeat before Lisa left but now I understand the value of a great account manager, I will need to think carefully.
If you have an opportunity to get her back in the business....Take it!

The chap on the front desk was fine, he gave me my receipt and told me to see a man in the yard. There was only one person working, he told me the items I wanted were 'in that corner or over there...'. After 15 minutes of searching, I found what I was after, carried them to the car myself and left. I am 70 years old but managed, someone not as fit as I...?
