Abandoned on purchase.
I received no follow up information. The transport company threatened to charge me storage if I didn’t pick it up within two days of them bringing it into the province by the time it arrived I was out of town. Perhaps manatoulin is not a good partner. Pickup was confusing and frankly not at all customer friendly.

That being said, when placing your orders in the future, please make sure you will be available for the pick-up. If needed, our team will gladly delay shipping the pallets if you will be out of town during the expected arrival times.
As much as we may not agree with Manitoulin's 2 day limit, we also understand their position when dealing with storing hundreds of pallets and large products.

Before I ordered any questions I had were answered quick. Shipping was fast, Happy with the shipping company used. Everything came in good shape, although I do feel maybe more packing around the unit would be a good idea. Install went well.

I needed advice on HRVs and ERVs and I ordered an ERV to be shipped to Ontario. Delivery was completed in a reasonable time after the holidays but BPH even called me in advance to apologise for the delay. The equipment arrived safely and is exactly as described.
