I ordered my boxes online at 9am, received them at 2pm, and got them collected at 8.30pm! I am super impressed by the efficiency and professionalism here. Fantastic, smooth service!

Box collection was spot on. They delivered the boxes and gave me 2 weeks to pack. Then came and collect everything when I was ready. The website works great and customer service is very responsive and helpful

I had to put some items in storage in advance of going to an international secondment, and stumbled on Boxman from a Google search online. It's met all my expectations, and it was really easy to navigate and use. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a hassle-free way of storing their items, and a huge plus is the fact that they deliver and pick up boxes (on Saturdays too!) as part of the service.

Hassle free, efficient

Nice large boxes that fit all of the stuff I wanted to store into them no problem. Friendly staff at the end of the telephone or email when I had questions. Friendly driver who didn't make me feel harried while I packed. Great value for money especially when doing the 6 months up front. A weight off my mind that my stuff will be kept safe.

Literally saved me when the situation went down with my stuff(I'd spare you for the long story). Always nice and very reasonable, when they say they are happy to help they ACTUALLY are!

They are still a new ish company so the online system can be faulty. They are trying to updated the system now tho so it'd keep a better record of the stuff you have with them. So only advice is to keep a record and dates and maybe a picture of the things you have with them, so when you retrieve your boxes you would have a better idea of how many you actually have. Like they told me I had 11 boxes with them but actually was like 6.

Boxman's system is as simple as they say on the website. Everything was quick and efficient, and I was kept updated on the location of my driver and my boxes via text and email.

I chose to use Boxman because I had to move abroad for 6 months and I was looking for a storage option that would be convenient for me. Not only was Boxman much cheaper that most of self-storages but they also take care of the collection of the boxes, which is very cost-effective since you don't want to spend a lot of money to rent a van or a moving company.

Such charming and trustworthy people turn up each time. So impressed with this service. Especially as moving and packing is stressful. Boxman delivery people don't add to that, if anything they 'lighten the load'!

The pick up guy came with the right amount of boxes and within 20 minutes it was all done. Fast and efficient. No complaints.
