Hasselblad offers great cameras but…
Hasselblad offers great cameras but very low customer service and customer support, considering the price point of their products. I have been a Hasselblad user for 10 years and have bought almost everything they have produced in the last 10 years. I have slowly watched their customer service levels drop, from some of their distribution centers, and 2025 was by far the worst year for Hasselblad customer service. I have been trying to find someone within Hasselblad to acknowledge the feedback based on some of my personal experiences over the last year, but no one from any of their offices will acknowledge the feedback and even CEO Paul Bram, who I have emailed several times, will not respond to any feedback regarding the poor customer service levels. Leica has a similar quality at similar price point, but Leica offers far better customer service and customer support, and do this reason, Hasselblad will not see future business from me until they do something about their lack of customer service. They should be investing more time in this area of their business before they lose more of their long term supporters.
