Do not waste your money!
The clothing is cheap and not at all worth the price. Bought a black dress and the sewing was awful. I pulled it out of the bag and couldn’t believe they would even sell something like that. Bought 5 items and all 5 are going back. Also, be aware they do not do returns. I did not see that when I ordered so I’m out $250.00 unless I happen to find a few things that are somewhat decent.

Crooked business!!!
I purchased a sweater and they charged me immediately although it was not shipped. I did not know it was coming from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive and was poor quality and not the color shown on their site. I immediately contacted them and they sent a page of instructions for me to return it at my expense. They just informed me they were giving me store credit!!!! I never agreed to these terms!! What crooks. Just disputed with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from them.

Buyer beware
Shipping took significantly longer than what I paid for. The item was not as pictured and VERY low quality. I was truly shocked at what I received. I was even more shocked when I went to return the item and was told that they only do exchanges or store credit, literally no refunds even though they say they take returns on their website. This is clearly cheap fast fashion overpriced. Do not recommend.

Sucks
Sucks. Ordered 5 items for a vacation, not one made it before I left. Then, I attempted to return a swimsuit after I returned from vacation, that I never wore or even removed from the package and the DENIED my return. When I contacted them about why they denied the return, I got NO response!
Update as of 3/10/2025
So, after nearly a month, I get a response from boho beach hut that indicated they did respond to my complaint. Here was their “response”;

Worst quality clothing I have received, they feel as if they are made of plastic. “Refund” policy is false advertising as they do NOT issue a refund, they simply allow exchanges or store credit, and given the terrible quality of the items, there is absolutely no chance you would want another item from them. Clothing is nothing is appears to be on the website. Do not fall for this company. They should not be allowed to sell their items. This is not a clothing store, it is a complete scam.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star
Absolutely horrible company. Doesn’t even deserve one star and needs to be closed down. They steal pictures from other sites. Once you order the items and receive them, they come from the original sender (temu quality). Items look nothing like pictures, not even the same materials. Items also comes broken. When you contact customer service they have you send the items back in (you pay the full return shipping). Then they only give you store credit back. After 3 failed attempts and round of products coming in, I gave up. All the products suck and are not even close to being the same. Total scam company and shocked they are still in business. Do not shop them.

Never do business with this company! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They only offer in-store credit, which is clearly not noted unless you go into their return policy. You have to pay to ship your items back and then there is a restocking fee on top of that. My question to them is, why would I want in-store credit with a company that has such poor quality of clothing and customer service? Of course, when I ask that I got no response. The items of clothing are poor quality, and look nothing like what is on the website. In addition, the shipping is so slow. I ordered items and it took almost a month for them to get to me.

Beware!! Very poor company to do business with!
I will NEVER do business with this company again. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Beware also that they only give you a credit after returning an item which you have to pay to ship back and then also pay a restocking fee.
The quality of their items is subpar and sizes are inconsistent. It was so disappointing.

Terrible misrepresentation of products. The items I received were not even of like fabric or texture and the quality is so poor I would never buy had I known what was coming! I placed an order for a few sweaters and I failed to read the return policy. The fabric was stiff, itchy and smelly! Certainly didn’t look like the pictures illustrated. The sweaters had no labels… I tried to return them and they only provided an exchange. Beware of any company who can’t stand behind their products. I will donate these sweaters before I waste my money returning or buying anything from this company. Terrible!

The sweater did not look quite the same as the photo. Nor was it as long as the picture. So I measured it and it was a few inches short than stated in the description. The cowl neck was also much bigger than the photo!

Do not buy from this company. The product is expensive and the quality is asolutely terrible. One sweather made me break out in a rash and the other snagged several times the first time I wore it. Awful and Unacceptable clothing and Service
I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress when received was of very poor quality and did not fit. I had to send it back on my dime costing me $10 AND had to go through a rigorous return process indicating what item I wanted in exchange as they do NOT provide refunds. Unwilling to go through another disastrous receipt of clothing that would not fit, I opted for something safe like a swimsuit coverup.
