Do NOT order from this company

My husband tried to order something for me because he saw it on FB. I really wish he could have seen the hundreds of reviews on how horrible this company and the products are. They are the cheapest clothing items I have ever seen. At price points that are way too high. The size guides are way off. The real indicator should have been that they don’t allow you to write a review on their website. They don’t want anyone else to know how awful their products are. You only get store credit when you make a return. So the only option is to get more junky expensive clothes. I will be disputing with my credit card company and filing a report with the BBB. The store is a scam.

Horrible

Horrible. Cheap crap. What arrives looks NOTHING like it does online. They won't refund anything, only offer store credit so you're forced to buy more of their crap. Website is hard to navigate. I can't even figure out how to apply my 'credit' to other crap I might be forced to buy there.

Material is cheap and toxic. Tags are cut off. They will not return your money and only allow you to exchange from their small variety of other cheap products that they mis-advertise. I want my money back and I wish I could spare everyone wasting their money. Products are not as pictured AT ALL. I sent my husband a link for a couple of the plush looking oversized knit sweaters. He came to me before Christmas and said I am so sorry and embarassed but your sweaters would fit a toddler and are paper thin and smell like chemicals. $120 for garbage only then to be able to exchange for more garbage!

If the company would like to do the RIGHT thing... my order number was 145844 for $124.11 under the name Jimmy Dallio (my husband) and refund our money.

Toxic Clothing

It aches me to write this review, but I would have greatly appreciated reading it before spending hundreds of dollars on clothing. The clothes are saturated with toxicity. I had a massive, very dangerous reaction after I opened the plastic sleeves and I had to throw them in the garbage. The clothes come from China; hence the long shipping times. Tags were cut off (the remains were still visible) and new tags with "100% polyester" stamped on them have been sewn in. There is no other information about the fabric, care, material, branding, etc. on them. The clothing received are not the clothing pictured on their website. I urge you to not purchase from this company. The clothing is highly toxic.

Poor quality items and customer service

Definitely not a US company or if they are, they’ve outsourced their customer service and all their merchandise. I received a damaged product and the best they could offer was a $15 refund and for me to repair the item myself for a $50 item. Do not buy.

AVOID at all costs and DISPUTE THE CHARGE!…

I ordered a dress that did not fit my body type and realized their clothing is for tall people. When I realized this, I reached out to cancel the order and they REFUSE to issue a refund and only to provide store credit. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting this to the BBB and all other review sites until I can receive my refund. Do NOT buy from this deceitful company!

Don't buy from Boho Beach Hut

Don't buy from Boho Beach Hut! I received my winter boots promptly but they are very cheaply made. They approved my "refund" but they only give store credit which I will never use. Then they want the order email to be printed and put in a BOX. But they sent the boots to me crushed in a tiny cheap plastic wrap. I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Most credit cards protect your purchases for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. If you feel you have been wronged for whatever reason you feel, you have a right to a full refund, not a store credit, as this company tries to stand behind. If they do not give you a refund, you have a right to dispute the charge and enact your protections from your credit card company, as I was forced to do with this company.

False advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/website EVER!!! The only reason they are in business is because they do not give money back if an item is returned. When you buy from this company and see the quality, it is not as advertised, and you get a store credit only. The items are JUNK. Everything is not as pictured or described. DO NOT BUY. I ordered boots in December 2024 that…

I ordered boots in December 2024 that were advertised as leather. It took forever to receive them which was my 1st clue that they were a product from China. They are NOT leather and sizing isn’t true to size. They have refused to give me a refund, only a store credit. I so wish I had looked at all of their horrible reviews before I ordered. 2 beautiful belts

I purchased 2 belts. First, in regard to customer service, someone I must have missed the place to enter a code for a discount and I ended up paying full price. I emailed them at the address on the website and they quickly credited my credit card for the amount of the discount. Second, the belts arrived and are beautiful - prettier than the pics. So nothing but positive from me!!

Buyers Beware. The products may not be as advertised and promised. That's deception.

My husband bought me two pairs of boots as a Christmas Present. Boho Beach Hut stated on the product description that the boots were leather and that their products come from around the world. When they arrived it was obvious that the boots as although well made were not leather. They were synthetic perhaps a plastic. I contacted the company letting them know that this is actually deceptive and false advertising and I needed something to be done about it. This added up to alot of money spent. There was one reply that it was heading to be reviewed. Here we are in the New Year.

If I could give this company zero…

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The material of these items is so cheap. The colors do not match the website images by a long shot. They want you to pay for the shipping back to them and they only issue store credit. I am in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT order from them.

STAY AWAY FROM BOHO!

Gawd, I wish I had researched this company before I purchased. *Face palm* Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY from Boho Beach Hut. Or better yet RUN AWAY SCREAMING from Boho for all the reasons others have listed. The merchandise I shoddy at best, and their ONLY refund solution is to offer you a Boho gift card so you can buy more of their crappy products. Stay away from this company.

Avoid this company.

If I could give a zero I would. Poor quality sweater. Does not match what was advertised online. There are No tags or care instructions. Very poor service- took extremely long to be delivered.
claims to be in the United States -comes from China and is same poor quality as SHEIN- but cost a lot more.
Avoid this company! I will from here on.
