Bobcares worked with me to address the latest cPanel vulnerability alerts. We applied patches to the kernel and locked down access to my server from the outside world. They responded immediately to the cPanel vulnerabilities, and my cPanel was patched immediately. Bobcares is always available when I need help, and I wouldn't be able to host a server securely without them.
Quick response to issues
We had a glitch in the site. As soon as it was brought to the notice of Bobcares, it was resolved very fast.

Excellent communication, detailed work reports and reliable
We found this BSI-registered company online, and after some research we started with their server installation service. From the initial contact with the client management team member Abhishek, we found their process management to be of a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We provided an unmanaged instance of a Debian VPS with operating system to lock down, install and configure SSLs, and firewalls etc. and it was done efficiently and very quickly, ready for us to move the client domains over to.
The level of detail in the work reports is also excellent.

These guys know their business extremely well. Can 100% recommend them. Very trustworthy, support is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are taking care of our servers for two years now, and we never had a single problem. Security and performancewise they are top-notch. When issues arise they dont stop until root cause is found. If you want to focus on your business and not worry about IT stuff, work with them.

They are quick off the mark - they keep a watch on our webserver and, so far, have corrected all problems (and there have been a number) that have occurred.
They provide a monthly summary with recommendations and provide detailed reports on why and how they have solved various problems.

Quick Response & Swift Resolve
We had an issue with the Scheduled Tasks (Cron) on our Moodle production site, which decided to stop running (automatically or manually). Nevertheless, I reached out to the team at Bobcares for help and, as usual, they responded quickly. Moreover, they resolved it swiftly!

So Bobcares get a lot of mixed feedback…
So Bobcares get a lot of mixed feedback but overall good ones.I contemplated a lot prior to retaining their services. I had multiple servers that I was running for my clients and I just did not have the time to take care of them all anymore. Monitoring, fixing, etc. I had a guy who was charging a good rate and he was doing all the work but running servers are a 24/7/365 job and some people sleep. That's inevitable.
I needed a team. So I did a lot of research and they were all disappointments. Except one. Bobcares seemed to have an image of professionalism. I signed a contract for the 2 servers for a year. The team worked with me and I could not wear them out. Settings things up always takes time and I understand they have to build that into their model which is why they make you commit to a 1 year contract. It is a USA (mostly administrative) and India-based (mostly IT) team. They were very professional throughout the length of our service. There were only a few occasions where I was not satisfied (it was due to me not seeing everything with clarity / miscommunication rather than them not willing to provide some sort of service). The few times when I had to escalate the issue, I always got proper care and explanation that always gave me proper clarity.
To not stretch this review any further, they got your back and they know what they are doing. Isn't it what you would want at the end of the day anyway?

Excellent support and smooth migration
The Bobcares team provided excellent support during our firewall migration. Communication was clear, they explained every step in detail, and the work was completed quickly and without downtime. They also ensured our existing firewall rules and whitelisted IPs were carried over seamlessly. It gave me confidence to know they had both SSH and console fallback covered. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

CAUTION!! Not Professional or Experts as advertised
CAUTION!!! Incompetent, Lack of Professional service and extortionate rates. Failed to identify the issues and continued to blame all other parties including Hosting and other parties. Not Customer focused or competent in dealing with Moodle Issues. Be Warned theY advertise as experts and professionals but they are certainly are not. We independently resolved the Moodle site issues (which were small issues) for our respective students after Bobcares made the situation worse.
So disappointed and highly recommend all others to explore alternatives before considering paying these extortionate fees and putting your site, and business at risk!!!
