I have made about 4-5 books now with Bob Books and have always been very happy with the quality.

We even made our wedding book!

The books turn out very well in print (once you know what paper type you like - we go for the matt lustre).

We had an issue with one book and Bob Books support immediately helped us & reprinted a book for us, we were very happy with the service.

I have used Bob Books now for over ten years and have made over 30 books. The programme has improved year on year into a very easy and professional set up. I always design my own layouts and the quality is brilliant and the back up excellent. I can only say for those with complaints is that they are probably not using the programme properly as I’m certainly not an expert and don’t have any grumbles. There were problems very early on, (that is many years ago) but these have all been eradicated and I have no complaints now.I have recommended Bob Books to my friends who continue to use your company regularly.

Excellent option for creating your book exactly how you want it

Over the last 12 months I have placed a number of orders for larger prints of my photo's, all have been delivered promptly, well packaged & with quality of print as good as my photo's would allow. Absolutely no complaints & Bob Books will be my "goto" provider.

Excellent quality photo books which allow you to enjoy selected pictures from holidays or special family events without needing to search through hundreds of images on your camera, phone or iPad.

I'm so glad I have found Bob Books as I really enjoy making Photobooks of my travels in which I can reproduce my images and create text from my diaries. These books are gradually forming a Library for me so that when I am too old for adventures, which I hope will be a situation which is years away, I can spend hours sitting comfortably looking at my images and reminiscing about the wonderful life I have had! Bob Books are a pleasure to make as there is so much flexibility in their design and you can take time to create them. The finished product, I always make a landscape hardback book, is always beautifully printed and an excellent production. We always use Bob books and know we’ll get a high standard result. Customer service is great, we had an issue with the last book (frames appearing where we didn’t see them) and we had a replacement sent, no question. Always worth the effort of making a printed photobook for important events- and I can heartily recommend Bob!

I've spent a lot of money with Bob Books during lockdown and beyond and have transferred 16 years worth of digital photos into 'photo albums' with them and have also started going back to to 1975 and working forwards scanning real photos into the computer and then turning them into digital books!! That is a work in progress. ALL the books I have created are of superb quality (even the ones with scanned in photos) and the software has been excellent at telling me when a particular photos should not be used or enlarged too much. I'm really thrilled with the results. I've even done a 'trio' of family albums to give to each of my sons detailing their lives.

I have produced over 40 photo books since March and have been very impressed with Bob Books. I always opt for the lustre finish lay flat pages in landscape format. The basic version can still be used on my ancient PC that still runs on windows 7; the more sophisticated Bob Designer works brilliantly on my MacBook Pro and allows a wider choice of options such as black page backgrounds. Customer service have been highly responsive, sending entire book replacements on a couple of occasions. Bob Books can claim credit for keeping me sane during lockdown which was the trigger I needed to get started on my long overdue intention to convert holiday photos languishing in computer folders into accessible memories. I may even produce a lockdown diary book!

Have only recently found Bob Books and am very pleased with the final result. Have found it a bit time consuming creating the books but the more I use it the easier it gets. Have used other photo book providers and Bob books rates highly with me.

The book design software was so simple to use it made everything super easy and the finished book put smiles on everyone's face!

I've had multiple photobooks from BobBooks now and quality is second to none. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The software is always a pleasure to work with and customer services always helpful.

Frustrating photo book software

1. Makes it very difficult to delete pages
2 Can't swap photos around the book
3 wouldn't retrieve photos from my desktop, constantly just had a photos loading message
4 poor photo page layouts
5 I was being charged for a video upload within the book but I hadn't used one - no way to remove this or find out what photo it is claiming to be a video!
6 Added pages seem steep compared to other photo book sites I've used in the past - my book suddenly became very expensive very quickly.

I like the editing facility on the software and it was one of the reason I chose to use Bob Books, but in the end I had to give up after spending hours on the book, it was just becoming agonising to try get the book how I wanted it to look.

I am SO impressed with my recent photo book. I have been delaying putting my daughter's photos into an online album for some time because I wanted both clarity and quality. I saw an album at a friend's house made by Bob Books and was impressed so bit the bullet.
I have used four different online companies before, including what is probably the most popular but the clarity of the photographs has often been quite disappointing.
The downloaded software was easy to use and when I did come across a small editing issue and needed instructions, this was quickly forthcoming.
Admittedly, I chose the lustre, lay flat, premium quality but am so glad I did. I will definitely be using this company again. In fact, I'm just about to start making one for my son's wedding!

Poor service. Posted a birthday gift to the wrong address. They’re only response (after a disappointing chat session and three emails) was to refund the postage. The print quality is okay. The photo book spines have weird, white tabs that can’t be removed. I use Shutterfly in the US and love it. Was hoping for something close in the UK. Not these guys.
