As a professional photographer, I have been using Bob Books for many years, and they never fail to deliver extraordinarily high-quality photo books. I have top-end clients who expect only the very best photo books, and I simply don't know of any better supplier, which is why I am always very happy to recommend them.

Bob Books make consistently high quality photo books. Have used for nearly 20 years. Just got my latest book back and as delighted with it as ever. Well worth trying the lustre photographic lay flat in large landscape. Excellent customer service if help needed. Download version of the software is best and lets you work completely from scratch or work with templates and everything in between.

I have used Bob Books for many years and they are always my go to company. I had an issue this time with not being able to share so contacted customer services. They were brilliant. It has taken about a month to resolve the peculiar tech issue with my book however they have been so helpful and persistent. I always believe a company shows its true colours when there are issues and Bob Books have just “passed” with flying colours. Thank you to Joanne and the tech team who resolved my issue and are now working to ensure the same thing doesn’t happen for others. Always have been my go to company for photo books and the way they dealt with my issue confirmed that they really do have their customers at the heart of their business. Thank you. 🙏

The photobooks from Bob Books are extremely high quality. I love them. I’ve used them four or five times now to make family albums for my mum. You can see the different compared to other companies. The software is easy to use and helped me organise the photos quickly. There are lots of layout options which is great. I’m not a designer myself but I work with an art director who uses Bob Books all the time and rates them highly too. If you want a quality photo book, I’d highly recommend Bob Books.

I've been a regular user of Bobs Books for many years. Use them for all my photo books. The quality is excellent. I'm now used to their software and find it good to use. Provides great layout options and design customisation. So generally a very happy customer.

Have just received my photo book from Bob Books and really pleased with the result. First time I have used them and found app was easy to use, delivery was quick and quality great.

Sadly not worth the money to get such terrible customer service. Photobook is good quality but their software is not user-friendly and very time-consuming since it lacks basic useful features. The customer service team on are incapable of reading an email chain or of understanding a situation - firstly the courier service they use does not allow the buyer to track, my parcel was late and did not arrive before I went on holiday. On contacting Bobbooks to try to divert the parcel they decided to send me a second copy which meant 2 parcels were left in my garden while I was away.

Helpful software. Superb quality book and excellent customer service when I had a query/request. Highly recommended.

My mum recommended this site to me to create a photo book as a gift for a friend with some pictures from her hen do. The software was really easy to use and the quality of the book was great, I wanted to keep it for myself! I will definitely use again to create some books of future trips.

I have just made my first Bob Books photobook of a recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. I found the software easy to navigate with helpful prompts when I was misaligning the photos, or for putting in text boxes. The templates option for the book is good, but it's also easy to mix it with pages when you want to do your own thing.

My book arrived very promptly and the quality is excellent. I will Bob Books again for other trips.

I had a great experience with this photo lab. They provided excellent customer support, offering a lot of guidance and consultation before I placed a large order. I’m very happy with the final result!

I recently contacted their customer service to confirm details about my photo book order since I was seeing two different images online. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Despite providing all relevant information multiple times, including my name and order details, I was repeatedly asked for "permission" to check a "backup copy" of my order, with no clear explanation of what that meant. The representative seemed unprepared to handle my simple request: confirming the front and back covers of my order.

I spent over 20 minutes on the chat, with long waits and between messages. (Before this, I phoned with the same unhelpfulness.) It took way too long to get a basic question answered. The rep even stated that "data privacy" procedures needed to be followed...this was about 15 minutes into us going back and forth. First and last time using Bob Books.

I've used Bob Books for over 5 years and they've been pretty consistent in their standards. The price, for the quality, has always been okay.

The design software has always been super glitchy and frustrating. However, they have done nothing to improve it. Nothing to stop the books from wrinkling in transit (and that includes the reprints) claiming that the damp atmosphere makes them wrinkle and to let them settle in a dry area for a few days (that doesn't work). Rather than engaging a brain cell and putting silicone pouches in with the books to keep them dry, they just shrugged it off. It makes for a more stressful and poor service all round. Their live chat feature wasn't responded to within an hour and a half and, when I asked if I could create a PDF proof for my clients (as I had forgotten how I'd done it before) they said there wasn't a way of doing that. For a book printers to be unable to offer that as standard is pretty poor.

I did, however, discover a convoluted way to do it, but without the help of their staff.

This last batch of books that I have designed and will order shortly, will be the last books I order from them. I would recommend going somewhere else if you require high quality, stress free, design-engaging books - 'cos these ain't it.

I made my mum a really personalised photo book with words and memories from her family and friends for her 80th. Bob Books was so user friendly compared to other apps I tried (which all made it difficult to add text), and the book I created was so special. It looks great too, and was packaged carefully so arrived perfect. Quick turnaround too. Also love the option to share a link so others can view the book. Was very proud to give this to my mum and I’m already planning the next one!

Have used Bob‘s books for approximately five years with no complaints. Unfortunately, they now don’t package the books in anything other than cardboard. product arrived with wrinkled Pages.

Really impressed with the quality and service at Bob Books - best photo book company I’ve found! Super easy to use their software whether you are a novice or a designer. Highly recommend!

Bob Books did two large photo albums for me which came out brilliantly with a very high print quality. they were also incredibly helpful when I ran into problems. i couldn't recommend them enough

Very happy with Bob Books for my travel photo album. It makes for the perfect coffee table book with good quality pages to flick through. The software was easy to use to build the book and I’ll definitely be using again for myself and others!

Three hours wasted loading photos and creating a book. Told me it had saved the book but this was not the case. Cannot be trusted.
