I have used Bob Books for many years to make photo books. They make a really great gift. It gets easier, the more you do. Mostly it is straightforward, but sometimes getting the picture to the right size can be a bit tricky 9at least for me).

I have used Bob Books many times and the quality has been outstanding every time. I have used the easy to use soft wear but plenty of scope for individual design.

I use Bob Books regularly and their photobooks are always top quality. On the odd occasion on which there has been a problem (almost exclusively with the delivery companies), Bob Books have been quick to respond and address the issue. Thoroughly recommended.

Unfortunately, I had a dreadful experience with Bob Books. The system would not allow me to complete my order for my photo album. I rang customer service and the employee I talked to was disinterested in helping me with my problem. She was unhelpful, rude and said someone would ring me back. This has not happened.

Bob Books you really need to sort out your customer service. Instead I went with another service for my photo albums

The software works well and friendly telephone staff are available to give advice. I am absolutely delighted with the book which is beautifully printed and the colours all perfectly match the original photographs. A very quick and efficient service - thank you Bob Books

Bob Books - a Review
I have made a number of photographic books over the years and my starting point was to ask a fellow photographer who he used to make the very high quality books that he turned out.
“Forget the others Ken - it has to be Bob Books”. I hadn’t heard of Bob Books but quickly got into the system for arranging pictures, editing and sequencing the images and waiting the short time until my new book arrived.
The friend was right and I have used Bob ever since. Why? Well we both have really high expectations about the print quality which is superb. I have made a lot of colour prints over the years and the ones produced in Bob Books match up very well to the standards I set.
Recently I have made sequences as pairs of images and have discovered that the lay flat binding really helps the viewer to make the connections in these sequences. Even more impressive is the ability to run a panorama across the two pages without a fold getting in the way.
The service from Bob, the speed of turnaround and the satisfaction of placing a quality item on the bookshelf all say “it has to be Bob Books”.
My next book “Abstractions” will be made on Bob Books and I just can’t wait to get started.

This is the fourth book we’ve ordered from Bob Books. The reason we keep going back is because it’s excellent quality and good value for money. We wanted this book for our son’s 30th birthday but were a little late in starting it. We contacted BB as we were submitting the order. The urgency was noted and I am absolutely delighted to say it got to us in good time and our son loves it. We’ve got lots more books in the pipeline so we will definitely be back because we can now add excellent service to excellent quality. Thank you!

Ordered a book on 16 Dec for a 21st birthday. Paid £5 extra for express delivery. Book was to arrive within 3-5 days. It has not even changed to shipped - still showing as in process It has not arrived still (Wednesday 23rd Dec)
Called customer service last night which is billed as being open till 10pm. Why I don't know as they cannot 'access the system' nor do anything. So what is the point in having customer service open at all? Told me someone would call me back the next day - this has not happened. So tomorrow is Christmas Eve and the 21st birthday in question was on 21st December. Bob's books has spoiled the surprise. I doubt I will even have the photobook before Christmas.
What is worse, I did not compose the photobook till I checked various company's delivery times and BB cited the 3-5 days. I feel this is an incorrect claim to make. I cannot recommend and would not use them again.

Very pleased with my experience. I created a book from a PDF using the Bob Books InDesign plug-in and found the process to be pretty straightforward once I had it set up. The customer service was excellent, and I spoke/emailed with some very helpful people and most importantly the final product was great and delivered on time.

Good return visit to Bob's books. Best option I've found for my annual book. Good quality printing and great end result

I find Bob Books really good to work with. I have so many photo books now bringing back wonderful memories thanks to Bob Books.

I’ve recommended Bob Books to so many friends as the simplicity of putting together an album is so easy. Each year I collect the best photos for the year of my grandchildren and assemble their own year book. I propose to give these albums to them on their 18th birthday (if I live that long!). I also complete an annual album of the family’s life as our reminder to the events that have happened since my husband and I have retired.

Excellent quality of books and superb software which can be downloaded on to a pc or Mac so you don’t get the slowing down that sometimes happens with online versions.
Quite easy to find your way through the effects, backgrounds and masks if you’re used to using a computer. Best not to be in a rush so you can explore the possibilities! You’ll be amazed at what can be achieved!
I used the Apple book processing service and was disappointed when they stopped. This is every bit as good apart from no protective cover and sleeve to store the book. The software makes up for that!
I would highly recommend.
