Needed a solution to keep my toddler out of my office and came accross their fingerprint door handle. It's of good quality and wasn't too hard to fit. I made an error cutting the spindle (tip, make sure its properly all the way in to the handle before you measure how much to take off, its a snug fit!) and they kindly offered a replacement without any fuss.

Works great ... Fingerprint is a little temperamental but the keypad is always there as a back up ...easy to retrofit to an existing composite door.... Only point to look out for is it's slightly wider than your normal handle I needed to adjust the door over to the maximum and then slightly bow the locking side of the frame to stop it rubbing.

Awful service, am not sure if this company is operating from a shed or at best garage without anyone working to respond to phone calls or emails. We brought two of their products which initially were hard to set up but with some guidance we managed to get them set up and working. We have tried emailing, phoning at all times of the day, and leaving messages. They are quite helpful when you first purchase them so they don’t get sent back but after that, don’t bother. We have two products that are useless now. It might be an easy fix, if only they would help!!

I have an origin smart lock that has been draining batteries faster and faster over the past 6 months. I reported it a month ago once I'd ruled out it being a battery problem (trying the usual premium brands and getting no better life) and initially received some helpful suggestions to try. I said these hadn't helped, chased them a couple of times and was sent the same set of instructions. I reminded them I'd tried this, and have been ignored ever since. It's now been 2 weeks since I last heard from them, despite 3 email chasers. I will now have to waste time going through my credit card company to claim against Bluesafe Solutions under Section 75. This company is not to be trusted.

Enquired about purchasing a smart door handle and to Briefly summarise what a fantastic service! I had very little knowledge of the products and Joe was happy to help me every step of the way and guided me into the Apollo which i've had fitted for a few weeks now and it's been just great. Faulty item no response for help no response for returns not a good company and I can’t say if the product is any good as it dpesnt work you want a reliable lock for your door so don’t waste your time

When buying the product and asking questions they were very attentive. Had the item 2 months and it’s not working. 3 emails just ignored.

Once fitted it was great. Fitting, however was not so. First a list of parts never mentioned again or used, a cardboard template with no instructions how to use, a part that needs to point opposite to the handle that will constantly want to point down without the spindle fitted which makes it harder to line up the stubs, a stub that wouldn't tighten and an instruction to cut the bolts to the door thickness plus 10mm. I found to be minus 10mm instead. I also would like to have set my own security questions.

Great communication over email I was in the USA at the time, managed to sort out what I needed and ordered with no hazel.

Door handle arrived and installed buy me and a friend probably took longer than a professional but with a bit or trial and error we got it installed.

Easy to order m, sent picture’s of the door to make sure we bought correct lock. Confirmation arrived quickly as did the lock when ordered. Had a problem fitting and contacted Bluesafe who replied quickly with advice, lock not fitted and working g great. Using finger print to unlock front door is so easy no looking for keys or struggling if dark

Purchased a Bluesafe Apollo smart door lock on Saturday and although delivery was estimated at 1-3 business days, it was actually delivered the following day! (Sunday) so for a start, I was very pleased.

Before my purchase I spoke with Joe who gave me information and helped me decide to fit the handle myself.

Upon doing so, I came across an issue that Joe very quickly helped me out with and got sorted in no time!

I cannot recommend this company enough and Joe did an amazing job from start to finish.

When I say I am pleased, I feel it's a massive understatement.

If you're considering buying, don't hesitate.

Just remember to make sure that bloody arrow in the spindle mount is facing the right way!!!

As for the product itself, I feel it is a very solid door lock with 4 seperate ways to lock/unlock the door and that's not counting if you buy the WiFi Bridge (or the fact that it locks automatically).

The fingerprint sensor is fantastic and very fast. I'm having a few issues with the Bluetooth, but to be honest, if I need to be within 2 meters to unlock/lock the door, I may aswell just walk a few steps and physically do it 😂

It was easier than I expected to to fit, however the slight downside is that you may need to cut down 2 screws, which I did and didn't quite have the right tool for, so I had to improvise. But it worked out in the end.

Hi, I must say I’m really impressed with the quickness and efficiency of the customer service that I’ve recently received and would like to mention Joe and Jack and thank them both.
I recently had a new door fitted and had to change the lock over which was fairly easy, however for some reason I couldn’t get the lock to work properly and after a couple of hours and following the Blusafe video I had to admit defeat.
So it was late Friday night so I made a video of my issue and sent it in to Blusafe not expecting a reply before the Monday.
I was amazed I had a reply the next morning from Joe telling me he’d seen my video and identified my problem which was down to the new lock being fitted with an offset cam. He informed me he’d ordered me an off set drive bar and would post it to me .
I honestly couldn’t have received a better service.

Great padlock, feels strong and secure.

The set up was slightly difficult only to register more fingers, the admin finger print was easy to set up.

Of course this is not an unbreakable lock, but it’s strong enough for what I needed.

Purchased an origin smart handle after having issues with the Yale conexis L1 and have had no issues. The handle looks great with fantastic build quality. I'd highly recommend the origin smart!

Origin Smart failed 3 times over a period of a few months (first installed in August) leaving my front door unable to be locked overnight. Had another lock installed by a locksmith on the 3rd failure, three chances are enough I think, it was 1-2 weeks before Blusafe response on the final failure. No refund received yet as requested. Blame is now on my door and the weather?! Terrible customer service. Small claims court being the next step unless refund received.
