It’s funny they keep telling people on…

It’s funny they keep telling people on here “once you’re SBA approved the funds is earmarked to you and you are not at risk of losing your funds regardless of time” even though myself and tens of thousands of people waited for 4 months just to get a denial email even though I provided everything they needed and also my bank information was accurate. Do NOT believe their lies. The truth is they are NOT following SBA guidelines and your funds are not secured if you are under Blue Acorn. They got money hungry trying to accept many applications so they could get commission from the government even though they know they couldn’t handle it. That’s why they have being MASS denial for two months using the excuse of “were unable to fund your loan due to either not being able to verify your identity, wrong banking info, didn’t provide correct documents, etc” when in reality they can’t fund us because it’s entirely their fault but they want to point fingers at us to justify letting us down.

If you’re are not funded by now, you won’t be funded regardless if they are telling you to be patient and that your funds are earmarked to you. Only about 30% of people got their loans with BlueAcorn. That should tell you guys something.

I have had the same horrible experience…

I have had the same horrible experience as everyone. I signed on 4/28 bank rejected the loan 5/7. On 6/19 got email to send in info I sent my entire filed 1040 with schedule C. On 7/20. On 7/20 I also received an email that my funds were being transferred. Today 8/11 I received an email saying they could nit fund my loan at this time but UT says my funds have been disbursed so where are my funds. I hope there us something we can do.

Blue acorn horrible company!!!!!

I am not going to write a whole lot about what's going on because I'm the 10th million person having the same issue with blue acorn. Signed back In April and its August 11th today. Still no funds received. I recieved a email today saying Ive been denied and they can't fund me. Like are you f***serious Ive waited 6 months and out of no where this is happened. I had the same issues everyone else is having. Signed 6 months ago. Bank rejected the funds waited 4 months for them to send back the funds re contact me and get new bank info then got a email saying 3-6 business days I'd receive my funds now I'm not getting funded anymore like come the f* on. Horrible company I'm going to call sba tomorrow and report them.

Funded in may still no money in August

My loan was funded and disbursed on may 22 2021 it is now aug 10, blue acorn refuses to help me get my money and doesnt answer any of the support tickets I have placed everytime i go to the ticket portal it says my tickets where successfully resolved. When they never talked to me, also why if my loan is approved and disbursed to blue acorn do i need to reverify to get the loan the sba already approved me for? Also since your taking so long my business is about to go under, which this program was supposed to help avoid, and I will miss loan forgiveness. Honestly I could probably get the loan forgiven by the sba before blueacorn will even respond to me.

Every single one of these reviews sounds exactly like my situation

I have read about 10 screens worth of the reviews on here and it's like going back and looking at every single one of my emails (when I was lucky enuff to even get one) from blueacorn. My loan was approved thru all phases too then sent for funding and actually tried to deposit it but my bank at the time changed their policies and weren't accepting any ppp loans because of problems in the past. I never would have known if it weren't for my bank telling me. So I set up a new account and waited for blueacorn as they instructed. My original loan went to funding on May14, tried to deposit on May21, and here we are in the second week of August and still no funds. After finally getting an email saying there were a feW things on my application that needed corrected and then my funds would be resent. I provided all the extra info they requested and was allowed at this time to change my banking info and did so. The next day got an email saying loan was being resent for deposit would be 3-6 days, then a ticket stating same only would be 7-10 business days. When that came and went I started ticketing again and now they tell me they changed their mind I dont got the criteria to meet to get approved and the decision is final. The SBA told me it shows disbursed and I have an SBA number they have to give me the funds. They said they are adding my file to a long list of people who are having problems with blueacorn. They said keep trying to correspond with blueacorn and with the lender. Neither of them are really reachable. I just want to know the real truth. Since I have an SBA loan number, will I eventually get these funds or am I screwed?

Blue Acorn Pathetic & Fraudulent

Update to the last review; Blue Acorn is a complete Joke. I applied on 04/12/201, was approved by the SBA on 05/13/2021, and Blue Acorn credited my account 05/28/2021 only to find out that my bank did not like me using them for my PPP, so they rejected my dep and sent it back to Blue Acorn on 06/01/2021. It took Blue Acorn all the way until 07/21/2021 to finally send me a link to my portal to update my banking information and provide proof that I was working in 2019-2020 plus mt 1040 C, which I dd. ( Now, keep in mind I was approved by the SBA initially and provided a loan number that shoes Disbursed Current when in reality be ver received the money.)
After updating the information that Blue Acorn requested, Not even two minutes went by, and Blue Acorn sent me a message that the SBA and my account already approved me would be funded within 3-6 days. On the tenth day, I sent a ticket to Blue Acorn asking for an ETA on the funds; 72 hours later, I receive an e-mail from Blue Acorn that after carefully reviewing my account, they would not be able to fund my account for the following reasons:
1 Could not verify my ID
2. Failed to sign the loan papers
3. I no longer meet the requirement for the PPP loan
Their decision was final. Ok, what a crock of crap. So I called SBA, and they stated that this was wrong and that I needed to file a fraud complaint against Blue Acorn, which I did, and one with the general inspector.
How can I not qualify when I did in the very beginning because Blue Acorn does not know what the hell they are doing; they think they're going to punish me, the wrong person. Anybody who has worked with this fraudulent, lying piece of crap that needs to be shut down worthless business should also follow suit and file a complaint against this ridiculous company.
It has been two weeks now that I field with the SBA, still no word.

Applied in Apr and Signed papers June 2 and still no funding! Finally got a reply that said my funding was rejected by my bank...when..who knows..and once the funds are returned from my bank then I would have to go through a REVERIFICATION process then I would be issued funds on a prepaid card...that was 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Sent another msg to support today and got the same automated message i did the first time. Can't seem to answer the question I have ask 3 times now....

WHY CANT I DO THIS REVERIFICATION NOW? not in a couple weeks when the memo gets added to my account that I need to do it then it will be another week to process that THEN it will be ANOTHER 10 to 14 days to process card which is 3 weeks before the card even comes in the mail!!!

It only takes the IRS 2 to 3 weeks to have a check in the mail to you if a bank rejects a payment due to an account number issue....just saying

Do not and will not use them again! ...should of used Womply.... I will be contacting AG and SBA

I’ve contacted the sba and filed a complaint on blue acorn because not only on the sba website shows I’ve been disbursed like I’ve gotten my loan, I’ve been approved since April 12,2021, it took almost 2 months to even get a response and to sign my documents and shortly after got a text saying initiated funds to my account and it would take 7-10 business a month later my funds where processed and returned due to my bank not accepting business loans after a long period of not hearing anything from blue acorn I get a text saying they need additional information basically saying They need to see my 1040, so I sent that back and they made me opt out for a prepaid card as well. After I sent the information back to blue acorn after I receive a email saying I would be funded in 3-6days plus the time it takes for the prepaid card to arrive I after submitting a ticket to update my phone because I lost my phone and to check the status of my prepaid card they sent me a email saying my loan was rejected and they couldn’t approve me with funding after I was already approved since April 13, 2021 and once you’re approved by the sba the funds are supposed to be available to you no matter what!
People are losing their business daily because of the problems we are facing with blue acorn when we all sue them because blue acorn lied about funding! If the sba doesn’t do anything I’ve already contacted a lawyer as well!

Stop Blueacorn

If Blueacorn denied you after saying you were approved and the SBA says your loan is dispursed then someone received the funds for your loan.

If this has happened to you please report it to the Inspector General using the link on the SBA website.

Also file a criminal investigation complaint with the Arizona Attorney General for identity theft and fraud.

Put a stop to Blueacorn and protect your business.

Nearly two months later on July 19th after not hearing anything from blue acorn I get a text saying they need additional information basically saying They need to see my 1040, so I sent that back and they made me opt out for a prepaid card as well. After I sent the information back to blue acorn on July 21,2021 that same day I got a text saying we initiated the funds to your account (now remind you this is the 2nd time they initiated funds to my account) and it will be there 7-10 business days! I put a ticket in to blue acorn 10 business days later to see if my card had got sent out yet and a day later they said they couldn’t approve me with funding after I was already approved since may 11, 2021 and once you’re approved by the sba the funds are supposed to be available to you no matter what!
Blue acorn is going to have to come out alot of money when we all sue them especially the ones who lost their business because blue acorn lied about funding! If the sba doesn’t do anything I’ve already contacted a lawyer as well!

From approved with funds rejected

I was approved 4/22, signed ,4/29. Bank rejected a deposit on 5/21, so I was approved then, and had it not been for an error, I'd of gotten my funds, but bc it was rejected, I'm not approved anymore?? If that doesn't say scam, idk what does. I will be informing the proper authorities and they can deal with you.

I am having the same issue as everyone…

I am having the same issue as everyone else except for I got an email saying that I had to update my banking information however I just opted to get a prepaid MasterCard I text the number and all it says “ We submitted your loan to the federal reserve for funding. It usually takes 7-10 business days to hit your account.” And that was over 14 business days ago I tried to email the help center and never got a reply and that was over 14 business days ago I tried to email the help center and never got a reply and I sent two emails Keep in mind I applied over three months ago I get that it’s backed up but I don’t understand how I can get a loan out in my name and not receive it and then I’m going to owe the money back how does that work I am SBA approved and I get my my funds are secured however I’m not getting much communication

I was approved and funded in May the…

I was approved and funded in May the bank issue caused it to be sent back so i was told as long as i have my sba loan number im fine . Now today i was told i was not going to get the loan because of whatever reason all of sudden. However upon looking up information on sba and ppp loans , after documents have already been signed I found that they only had 20 days to cancel the loan and make it void . We are well out of the 20 days legally the loan is ours especially after paperwork has been signed and SBA APPROVED with that being said I will be reaching out to sba as well as my lender .. from there it may end up being a class action lawsuit against BLUEACORN yes they reserved the right to cancel but only at a certain amount of time not to mention we were already funded months ago. So lets stay ontop of this because something is not right with thos company and also not legal you can google the information and its brings you to the information I found out . Something stinks with them and Im just the one to find out. A legal contract can not just be voided after months of both parties agreement and signatures. Something can be done

Absolutely the worst company

Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen! NO customer service!NO Phone contact! IF they do reply to the only way to contact them via their stupid "ticket" they never ever address the question. They are just BOTS sending generic responces. I signed my LEGAL DOCUSIGN papers in MAY then in JUNE I got am email stating my funds were being deposited and it would take 6 days, i STILLL HAVE NOTHING AND NO REAL CONTACT
I AM REPORTING TO SBA FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING

Still waiting, since approval in MAY!!!

I was approved at the beginning of May. It's August 7th and I still have not been funded yet. Every time I reach out to them, it's some lie or another. I'm tired of being patient, I need my money that I was approved for! No more excuses!!
