Do not buy from this website

DO NOT BUY! I can’t believe they I fell for this! Firstly, dress took about 2 weeks as the product they sent was a very cheap version (nothing like the photos, material, style etc) of the photos on the website. I can see from other reviews they’re taken from another website.
Secondly, which is worse, is their return policy states free return if the item is faulty. Which mine is, however they’re ignoring that and saying that I’m simply “dissatisfied” with the fit. The picture clearly show a default and I cannot wear the dress even if wanted to. Their emails are all copy, paste and repetitive; making it impossible to engage with them. Do not buy under any circumstances.

Asked to email, no response. AVOID!

After leaving previous review and being asked to email I am still waiting on a response as to how Incan return the items I am not happy with. The quality and shape is not what as expected and they do not fit.! Despite being told they do not refund unless faulty (BEWARE)! I am left with items I cannot wear and not able to return/refund. Do not buy unless you are willing to take the risk of wasting money! Once again let me know how I can return the item or refund me the money if you are not interested in getting product back. I will be raising a case with my bank to investigate this rogue trader!!!

Do not buy from this brand

Do not buy from this brand. The products are not what they are made to look like in photos. The T&Cs mean that even if the product isn’t as advertised, you cannot send it back. I emailed to and fro with a customer service advisor who ended up promising a full refund but then radio silence and nothing.

Fraudulent company mis-advertising…

Fraudulent company mis-advertising cheap items as quality products. Then making the return process so stupid in hope that you will take a tiny refund instead.

They first offered 10% refund: Nope!
They then offered 20% refund or I could return it to their warehouse in ITALY: Italy return address please?
They then state they will only accept returns as per their return conditions of tracked and insured shipping to CHINA, clearly hoping you wont go through with it so they can keep your money.

Awful

Awful!
Paid £15 for express shipping, and delivery time totally exceeded this. Tracking was poor and it became clear at this stage I thought I had been scammed as the actual country of distribution is not mentioned. Due to previous bad experience I had specifically checked the address of Mia Forde before ordering, which claims it is France. However, the packaging label appeared Asian and length of delivery time would also support that.

Then surprise, surprise, once delivered, the dress is cheap, thin, and does not look like the picture.

They are also advertising 4.5/5 reviews but do not know where they have come from. It certainly doesn't marry up with trust pilot. I think they are faked.

Feel like I have been mislead purchasing online again, despite checking all of the above.

Currently in the process of contacting their customer service.

Ordered a dress. When it arrived the material was super cheap and looked nothing like the picture. Requested a refund but they refuse to give me a refund! Offered me 10% off. Its not even worth £3 the dress!

⚠️ Scam – Beware ⚠️

I placed an order with Mia Forde, which presents itself as a European company, but my item was shipped from China. The dress I received looks nothing like the photos, it’s extremely poor quality – basically a rag – and absolutely not worth the €50 I paid.

I contacted them several times via email asking to return the item for a full refund. They refused. Instead, they only offered me 10% or 20% back if I kept the product – which is useless and unwearable. When I insisted on returning it, they told me I had to ship it back to China (!!) at my own expense, which costs more than the dress itself.

Now, after I posted this public review on Trustpilot, they suddenly pretend to care and ask me to email them again with my order number. But this conversation already happened, and their position was clear: they did not respect me as a customer and did not honor basic consumer rights (14-day withdrawal period in the EU).

Bottom line: This company is misleading, selling cheap Chinese products at inflated prices, and does not respect customers. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Awful returns policy

I ordered 2 items. One I liked and the other I liked but wrong fit. Normally a medium but would have needed to try and XL. Emailed to asked how I could return to then order XL. Their returns policy is I cannot return it! How appalling in today’s clothing purchasing on line this company doesn’t allow returns. They offered me a 20% discount code for my next purchase! No thank you, can’t risk purchasing next size up for that not to fit and have 2 items I then cannot return.
Don’t risk wasting your money on this company.

A total scam

As the other reviews say, I was scammed. The dress that arrived bears no resemblance to the images which I now realise are stolen from genuine brands. The product description also is full of lies. It didn’t even have a tag or label, let alone a zip or structured bodice/billowy chiffon skirt. It was for a wedding which I now have nothing to wear for. I did check that it wasn’t a Chinese company because I’ve had this before but clearly the French address and return policy is a lie. They refuse a return/refund and offered me £3 for a dress they value at £112 because it not being the same dress is “not part of our policy”. A complete scam and I should’ve not trusted the reviews they claim are trust pilot on their website. Raising a fraud claim.

Same issue- RETURNS ARE REJECTED

I’ve had the exact same issue as the previous review. I received an email stating they don’t accept returns unless it’s faulted. Not only does this breach UK distance selling laws, it isn’t stated ANYWHERE on the returns policy page which I checked before purchase. They are now refusing to answer my emails. Such a shame as the item I decided to keep was lovely and I thought I’d found a great new website and had recommended them to so many people who complimented me on my two piece.I am now reporting this company to Trading Standards. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.. BE WARNED

You’ve replied that you offer 15 days but I have many emails from you stating the absolute opposite and that you refused my return. Incidentally the item you wouldn’t accept back had a broken zip when I tried it on to wear the first time. Illegal refusal for return.

Was my first time ordering from this website. I ordered and shirt and trousers set which fit fine and I will be keeping, however the off the shoulder dress is a terrible fit and I cannot zip the dress up. As per online consumer act, it is within my rights to return the dress for a full refund as I haven’t been able to physically see or try the dress on in person. The company is refusing me to be able to return the dress which is illegal, so I will be taking this to small claims court. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Fake company

Fake company. Didn’t realise that they use photos from other brands and then send you a fake version. The dress I ordered was supposed to have white detailing but it’s a fake printed version of the orginal brands dress.

Stole images from Runaway the label and created a dress that looked nothing like the picture. Sequins also missing from the dress but apparently it doesn’t qualify as a defect for a return. Paid €50 for a cheap dress that I couldn’t wear. Please avoid at all costs

The dress looked absolutely nothing…

The dress looked absolutely nothing like the one on the model (the models dress bad white circles stitched on and the dress I got just had circles on the pattern) it took 3 weeks to come so they must be in Asia rather than France and arrived while I was on holiday so it was too late to return it, very expensive for terrible quality too. Will never order anything from Mia Forde again.

Sent me dresses with rips in them, refusing refund

Sent me dresses with rips in them. According to their policy, which is to offer 100% refunds for defective items, I am entitled to an 100% refund. I sent them photos and they agreed. I share evidence below:

Customer service associates Jewel on April 5th said "We understand your frustration regarding the condition of the items, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. We want to ensure your concerns are addressed, and we are happy to process the full refund for you." It has now been several weeks and they refuse to send the address for me to send this. I am pursuing legal action and encourage everyone to report them to relevant authorities.

2 robes achetées pour plus de 80€. Coutures défectueuses, qualité du tissu médiocre, couleurs ternes, mesures inadaptées, trou dans les produits… une catastrophe. C’est du dropshipping ! Impossible de retourner les produits, service client peu compréhensif, les conditions sur leur site ne sont que mensonges. Il faut faire fermer le site.
