BlueAcorn "accidentally"paid the original bank who rejected my deposit on 06/04 AGAIN. They emailed me saying management was aware of this mistake and they don't know why it happened. They said to keep checking the portal.

So after 3 months of checking the portal with ZERO communication or option to update my bank info or verify my ID they literally finally paid me, again, to the original bank which rejected the first deposit.

Now instead of doing something about it, after this stomach turning hope smashing moment of negligence after 3 months of waiting for something they tell me.... "Keep checking back at the portal"

Blueacron I was approved April 7th and…

Blueacron I was approved April 7th and up until June 30th I keep getting a response that said I will be funded. Now it's August 28 I haven't been funded been told I've been denied which I know if you're approved you can't be denied. I've talked to your team on Twitter and submitted a ticket and was told I never completed everything even though I did. I never received anything else and thanks to you I cleared out my savings account to pay my distributors and had to close my business down. Everyone in your business need to be put behind bars and all of your assets liquidated to pay everyone y'all have robbed or lied to. I wasn't even given the option for a dash card.

I’ve left a review before

I’ve left a review before. I’ve contacted the police, SBA, and my state. BlueAcorn never sent the dash card. Lied and said my bank denied the wire which isn’t true.

They only respond here on this thread stating they are sorry blah blah blah … Or they are working on the issue. I have an SBA number and i never received the loan it’s going on 6 months.

They stole the money because it says disbursement through SBA but on BlueAcorn it says “funding” 😂…. But guess what? I got the FBI involved now and everyone sitting behind the scenes will be caught.

All they had to do is distribute the funds. I have a police report and everything..

Im not even gonna write a whole lot but i had the exact same experience everyone else had but i got denied and then went back into funding and nothing...no correspondence except for a response to a ticket i created back in June but it was a generated response like the other ones...like where are my funds bc as of today CLS says disbursed current with 5/12 origination date...SBA says they can no longer make them update CLS...so its like are yall really gonna let BLUE ACORN do this to ppl? Detrimental reliance is what they caused by promising us and having us sign a binding and legal document/contract to only deny us and keep us from applying anywhere else...they have our personal information to do whatever with at any time...SCAMMERS...

Five months waiting for a wire transfer

I applied for a loan and signed on
March 25, 2021 and today August 26,2021 still waiting for the money they don't answer the emails, no phone to contact, only automated response from a company call happyfox.com. They are extremely unprofessional, only excuses and ridiculous explanations went they answer, this company look like scam to me. Only excuses I still don’t understand how a legit company can survive on excuses no real solución the CFO of the company Farzana Giga don’t respond the emails they are hiding to stole our money.

Scam or Nah

I’m currently not sure what is happening! I have received 3 emails from a mail list advising that the dash card my funds were on has been returned to sender and that I need to update my address! My address hasn’t changed and I can’t get any assistance with the issue. I’m not even sure it’s Blueacorn that’s emailing me or if someone is trying to scam me and to make matters worse, it says I need to update my information by September 1 🤔🤦🏽‍♀️

I've been asking for the application for loan forgiveness for 4 months and they keep responding "we are not yet accepting applications for forgiveness at this time."
I'm seriously concerned they will NEVER accept applications for forgiveness and I'm not sure of my next Steps.

Blue Acorn my funds got disbursed but not to me!

Blue Acorn why is it stating funds were disbursed and the loan is ongoing. I have not received one red cent from you or Capital Plus Financial, LLC since being approved in April. How am I expected to pay back a loan I never got. Also, on blue acorn site, I am still at the point of you should get your funds in a certain amount of days. Somebody better either make this money appear in my bank account or let SBA know I did not get the funds.

Submitted a PPP loan in April and got approved and was told it would hit my account in 7-10 days. It’s now been 6 months with now funds. Submit your loan requests elsewhere if you need to get money to run your business

There is no way I can encourage small…

There is no way I can encourage small business owner to submit a PPP application using the services of BlueAcorn! In April of this year, I submitted my application for a PPP loan via BlueAcorn. I did my research at the time and generally speaking applicants using this service were generally pleased with the process but there were a few complaints at the inaccessibility to a live person and the lengthy time table for getting a response regarding the loan process. Understanding that in this technological age this form of submission was not unreasonable, I went ahead with my submission because appreciated the support and guidance they would potentially provide throughout this application process.

After submitting my paperwork for my legitimate business launched in 2018, I waited for next steps. In June, I received confirmation that I was approved for the loan but the account where the money was to be deposited had to be closed so that delayed me getting the loan. I was told that regardless of this issue, I would get the loan. On July 7th, I got notice that the loan would hit my account in 7-10 business days.

On August 11th, I received notice that I was denied for the PPP loan because I did not meet the requirements for getting the loan because of the lack of information & that this decision was final. I submitted everything that was requested throughout this process, so I am at a loss. Problems with this final letter is that, I know that I was approved for the PPP since May 27th and an attempt was made to deposit the allotted amount within 7-10 days of June 7th.
If I hadn’t met the requirements for this loan, why was my business listed by the SBA as being approved to get it on May 27?
Based on the approval, where is this money and will I be responsible for repaying a loan I never received?
Lastly, what has happened with the information I submitted…have my sensitive information been poorly manage like this process has been handled?
Honestly, based on all of this, I’m left wondering if this loan has not disappeared into the coffers of BlueAcorn because things just aren’t adding up!

At this point, I would warn people not to work with BlueAcorn because they’ve not been consistently responsive, their next steps have not lined up with what actually should be happening and when things go awry, there’s no one who can help. Knowing what I know now, I would have just submitted my application directly with SBA! Don’t waste your time, folks, there is a slew of reviews from others whose PPP process have played out like my situation; don’t be a victim!
