In The End They Are #1

As a business owner with three different businesses that was affected by the Pandemic.. I must say BlueAcorn is the Best. They explained the process where a 2 year old would understand it. They gave pointers to get your maximum payout and the forgiveness process was so easy through the SBA link and their private link. I will work with them in the future.

My experience was smooth and easy ride from the loan application till now. The only thing lacking was that the portal was never updated from when the loan was approved for payment. If not that I saw the exact amount on my account, perhaps I will still be waiting.

This would be a five-star review cuz they were definitely quick with processing my application for my PPP loan. I've been funded for months now and have written multiple emails and concern to the fact that no I have not been helped with the forgiveness part of the loan and I've requested it multiple times even to the point of requesting it prior to the cutoff of the PPP loans in hopes of getting a second round because the first one went so fast. They have not responded to multiple emails nor did they seem like they give it the time of day when it comes to customer support. One star really hoping I didn't get screwed and oh the PPP loan amount now. Will update when I am updated.

Well they emailed me stating I would be happy to know they took care of updating my mailing address and had sent out to me a new prepaid card. Then five days later sent me a email saying it was returned., Why ?, because they didn't update my mailing address and sent it to the same address in which it has been returned now five times. I got so angry my blood pressure sent me to the hospital. Since my doctor informed me that I need to let this hole thing go before it kills me. So thats what I am going to do. When goverment comes for their funds I will just tell them I don't have any idea what they re talking about.Must have been fraud.they asked for more info to see if i have even delt with them , oh they all know who i am and that comment was all they could come up with. sad. this aint a puzzle people, they are straight up evil.
Trustpilot is in bed with Blueacorn. this is ovious !!

My last hope...

My situation and experience with blueacorn is exactly like everyone else's experience on here, so I will not reiterate what's been clearly stated at fraud from blueacorn. However, after reading the responses to thousands of clients that have clearly not only been wronged by them but literally put out of business by blueacorn, I would like to ask a few questions regarding their replies to these thousands of poor reviews, because after reading their replies I can't help it feel like they not only stole, cheated, and scammed business owners out of money that was ALREADY PROMISED TO THEM, but then replied to these clients with basically answers that sum up to say, "were sorry that you were told to be patient because once you were SBA approved, it's a guarantee you will receive funding, so for months you held on to hope bc we told you that 100% you will be funded, however now 6 months down the rabbit hole for a process that at the very most should have taken us a month, we are going to deny your loan! But wait! If you bring that fact of us promising funding after you're SBA approved, and then we denied you anyway, were just going to give you the biggest slap in the face, and say, "well we are just continuing to be extremely compliant with SBA guidelines, so now that weve decided we want to steal your loan as well, all of a sudden there are new guidelines that you simple people won't understand bc were the only ones that made these guidelines up. However we do sincerely apologize that you didn't make the cut, but it's the final decision and you cannot appeal it!"
Ok...... So....first, I'd like to know simply, how you guys sleep at night knowing that you are literally taking people's hope and dignity and putting them out of business and onto the streets!?
Do you think that thousands of people are really just going to take your replies as law? Even with you saying that the desicion is final and we can't appeal it. Bc when you said an SBA approved loan is secure, we believed that was the final decision. So, which one is it?!
I'm pretty sure you know now that you won't be able to get away with this scam, but I'm just curious why you still reply to these reviews? I then looked this whole thing up, and found out that it's just a way of buying more time so that you can process all of these applicants loans into your own accounts! That is why when we look up our accounts, they SBA says that we've already been funded! We have been! however our funds have just been rerouted into your accounts and we just get to pay back a now unforgivable loan!
I know that you probably won't reply to this review, and if you do I'm going to get the generic slap in the face reply that everyone else on here has gotten from you, however I'm writing it anyway just in the last hopes that I have in humanity that someone with a heart will read this and want to do the right thing.

Approved, funds were sent back from a bank blueacorn had as an option through plaid that doesn’t even accept blueacorn... weird. Any who pressing on. Reverified everything, updated banking and blueacorn status was back to transferring to bank. I received an email that funds were on the way and about a week later I get an update that I’m not approved and there’s no appeal. Check this out, I’ve gathered documents throughout the entire process including speaking with Prestamos CDFI LLC as well as their Underwriter that clearly doesn’t know how this works . I can view on multiple sites that this ppp loan is disbursed in my name. Here’s another good one I was actually told today by blueacorn and that’s that you can’t apply for forgiveness if you aren’t approved... well I actually did apply for forgiveness through the sba forgiveness portal and prestamos as my lender accepted it to be sent to the sba. The sba has remitted the full amount and I haven’t seen a penny of it and someone’s gonna have to explain where these funds went because there’s no record of me receiving them. I’ve actually had to take out a person business loan to cover the costs of business related things . It’s actually quite embarrassing I’d say for a company to give the same automated crap when they have no idea just how much has been recorded and documented for a later date. Good luck to blueacorn and any other companies involved in this fraud.

I was approved then denied after…

I was approved then denied after months. Sent in all information and still got denied. Like they wouldn't even tell me why just a bunch of bulletin. They are the worse and my current status say I owe on a loan I never received. blue acorn can't blow the grip

Awesome Blueacorn!

So, I have had all good experiences with Blueacorn. The loan took a little longer to fund than I woukd have liked but I did get the money. And this is the SBA - monster organization - that is at the heart of this situation. I am extremely grateful to have had Blueacorn help me navigate the negative and muddy sludge of the SBA. They haven't started their forgiveness process yet but I expect I will be notified appropriately when they do and I will appreciate their help at that time, too. Thanks Blueacorn!!

This is completely unfair

This is completely unfair! I got approved for my loan back in April and NEVER seen a dime! I have been very patient and reaching out to your support team! And i can’t check my updates anymore because my old email was hacked and i can no longer login into that account!! All I’m needing is to update my email and at least have the option to have card sent by mail! My business is really screwed by depending on this loan!!! Can someone please help me with advice on what to do??? Am i possibly being scammed???!!!

I have had a great experience I used there application process and it went as planned maybe a slight delay but it came and I was at fault by using a weak sorry financial in institution EMPOWER bank what a joke I am a sole proprietorship cash only type business and they froze my account and the money right away stating they thought was fraud but quickly changed it to that they did not provide business accounts and that it was a PPP LOAN a business loan that requires a business account well what a headache took them 6 weeks to send the money back to the original bank that loaned my business the money so now I'm waiting on Blue Acorn to get the funds sent back to me on a different bank card or account . It's been a little over 2 weeks I hope I'm not wasting my breath in giving them a good review cause non of this this their fault . I wish they had a number to call to speak with a live person would help .

My situation has been stressful and lengthy but I can only image what BA and their affiliates are going through. At first I felt as if I was getting the runaround but then I had to sit back and really think of the other side of this process. I too have trying times on accurate delivery of service. Things happen and I understand. Do they answer right away not all the time but at least they eventually will and provide as much information as possible. I have faith and trust in the process. The last few weeks my agents (Olivia and Aylsa)have really kept me updated on my status and I truly appreciate it. Keep doing the best you can and keep your heads up. They talked BAD about our higher power too.

Only reason why I chose 3 stars is…

Only reason why I chose 3 stars is because it took 4 months for me to receive my loan. I signed April 17, and just like most of you, I was expecting to be funded within 2 business days. I reached out, sent emails, did a couple ticket supports but still the automated responses. A little over a week ago, I received my dash card in the mail fully funded and activated. The card wasn’t an option.. only my bank account but the point is that it still came. I came on here often to read reviews and started to think I got scammed myself but it just took way longer than expected.(which sucks when you have a business to run) This is my first review in review history, but I’m writing this to let y’all know it’s really not a scam. They just got they self in more than they could handle. But if you got SBA approved.. no wrong info.. it’s on the way!!!! Hope this help somebody feel better🤷🏾‍♀️

Not sure what that response was from Blueacron in response to my comment. Even the responses from them are generic on the forum. Not sure why blue acorn is apologizing but I was approved and you guys aren’t even taking the time to look into anything because you’re responding with incorrect information which again doesn’t help me. Who is running this business?…. It’s ridiculous that ALL of these people are having the same issues with this company. Class Action suit it is!

I received an email and text on 8/27 saying that my funds were going to be sent to the same bank account that rejected the funds the first time(Dave) and when i emailed them about it they said disregard and finally yesterday i received and email and text to opt in for the card and upload additional docs so praying that i get my card and funds will be on there once i activate it. Just hoping im not like some who got denied after the reverification process or get the card and no funds are on there cause my business needs these funds . Will update again when i get my card.

Never in my life have I encountered any company this negligent

I was applied and was approved in late may and was promised funding to my account by 15th of June by a support employee and we'll it's about to be September and I haven't seen a dime. I have put many requests into there support team a few of which have received generic form information the rest weren't answered at all. I tried their chat option a couple times and I'm not completely sure why they offer that service because you click on it and there is a chat window but it just says to text a number for status updates and then no one answers even after waiting 10 20 minutes or more. And the so called status update has said I will be paid in 7 to 10 days for 3 months now. At this point I am having to get a hold of the sba directly to get anywhere.
***update 9/10/21 the only reply I have received from blue acorns customer service was to this post. They have not returned any emails or support requests. If there are more of you out there in the same boat as me when do we say enough and take legal action. I'm down for sure.***

Beware Not funding approved loans

Lies and stalling read online that unfortunately I’m not the only one with identical funding issues I’ve been approved by sba for months and nobody is accountable blueacorn says talk to prestamos who of course refers you back to blueacorn was supposed to be getting prepaid card issued but now they say no movement on my file ultimately what happens is they say oh well now your not approved anymore for whatever reason and you wouldn’t believe how much money they made scamming everyone out of there ppp loans
