We love this brand so much, and recently I made a purchase and ordered a youth medium instead of a large. I sent an email with my confirmation number and got a response back immediately. They were able to cancel the order, and when I placed the new one I emailed them that confirmation number and they refunded me for paying shipping for that

I ordered a pair of shorts that I was very unhappy with. The shorts were not returnable. I reached out to customer service and after I explained the situation to them, they sent me a new pair of shorts and allowed me to keep the shorts that they originally sent. I had a great in-store (Grapevine location) experience shopping for baseball lifestyle attire/gear. The selection was impressive—plenty of variety for players and fans alike. As always, the quality of ALL merch is phenomenal! What really stood out, though, was the level of service.

Chris, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Luke and Jordan were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed.

My Grandson loves the designs and we have ordered about 5 sets (shorts + tee)
The last order for the limited edition NERF set the sizing was not the same as the prior sets. Shorts ran larger even though the same size. And the ice cream USA shirt was a bit smaller then previous shirts of the same size.
I emailed and got a immediate ( likely AI) response. The items are out of stock so replacing or exchanging is not possible. They said sizing can vary ? I would expect better QC from the company and at this price point.
