The customer service department is extremely helpful and accommodating. I made a big purchase for my son and the package was sent to the wrong address. After following up with the US Postal Service and baseball lifestyle one oh one we were able to resolve the problem with a new order being shipped. The quality of the items is excellent. My son is always happy to get a new order. He loves the items. I highly recommend the company. I would personally buy directly from them. I know this third-party companies, but I know it’s not the same items or the same quality.

I had an delivery issue and was helped immediately upon writing to customer service. They assisted me with the best process to get in touch with the delivery service and even sent me a new pair. The product we ordered was of great quality but more importantly the company's customer service response and policies are what will make me continue to buy their products.

My son is obsessed with baseball lifestyle and let’s be honest, I’m probably just as obsessed as I eagerly wait for the next drop : ) In addition to the fun designs and high quality clothing material, I’ve been very impressed with their customer service. In one instance, the slides I got for my son started peeling after one time wearing them. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded letting me know they would make it right. Unfortunately, the slides I ordered were out of stock and took a couple months to get back in, but once they did, customer service reached out to me and issued me a code so that I could get replacement slides. In another instance, I accidentally ordered an adult small rather than a youth small. I didn’t notice the mistake until after the return window. While they were unable to issue a replacement or return, they were flexible in offering me store credit. In the most recent experience, I only received a portion of my order even though it said the whole shipment was delivered. I contacted customer service and they responded right away that they were correcting it. I’ve appreciated their quick response to emails, ownership on mistakes that are made, and eagerness to make it right. I will continue to support B101 because of the high quality product and customer service!

Baseball 101 has been absolutely amazing! The quality of their products is top-notch, and everything we’ve ordered has exceeded our expectations. What really stands out is their customer service. I had placed an order and woke up next day realizing I was shipping to myself instead of the gift receipt. I contacted customer service first thing and they made the change! Swift and quickly prior to shipping it was awesome!

Their clothes are great quality but high prices and the shipping takes a while. If you return something be prepared to wait weeks to get the replacement item. The first time I got a tracking number and they never sent. Second time it literally tracked back and forth multiple times between my city and a city 2 hours away and never received it. Both times have been a nightmare for me. They need a ridiculous amount of info to locate your order and after you provide it multiple times still can’t find orders half the time. They’re annoying to deal with and need a better system.

My son is absolutely obsessed with their clothing. Youth clothing is normally battered and roughed up a bit but their products are made with incredible quality.
We have had one single issue with a shirt that developed two holes after its first wash. I reached out to them just by chance to see if maybe it was washed wrong or something. Their customer service team immediately (like less than 10 minutes) got back to me had the order referenced and everything and sent a replacement no questions asked. I was shocked. We will definitely continue buying BL101 products and supporting the brand because of this!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality control and customer service associated with your products.
We purchased two pairs of the exact same shorts in size Small, and they were noticeably different in both length and width. Thinking it may have been an isolated manufacturing issue, we also compared an Extra Small and a Small of the same style. The size difference was so significant that it resembled the difference between an Extra Small and a Large rather than an Extra Small and a Small.
To verify whether this was simply a one-off issue, we visited a retail store and examined multiple pairs of the same shorts. We found the exact same problem. We compared every Small available and discovered that the lengths and widths varied substantially from pair to pair. We repeated this process with other sizes and found the same inconsistencies.
This creates a major problem for customers, especially those ordering online, where there is no opportunity to compare multiple items before purchase. Even in a retail setting, these inconsistencies are unacceptable for a product marketed and priced as a premium brand.
What is most frustrating is that I can purchase a $7 pair of shorts from Walmart and expect every pair labeled Small to have consistent measurements. Yet your significantly more expensive products fail to meet that basic standard.
Adding to the frustration, I have emailed customer service multiple times and have not received a response. Premium pricing should come with premium quality and customer support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, your products and customer service have fallen far short of those expectations.
I would appreciate an explanation of how such significant sizing inconsistencies are occurring, what steps are being taken to address this quality control issue, and how you intend to resolve this matter.

This company and their products are top notch!! We’ve been a loyal customer for a while now and had our first issue with an order. They went above and beyond to make it right for my little baller. We’ll continue to be loyal to this brand!!

I had ordered my grandson slides. We had a bit of an issue. I contacted BL101 through email. They responded very quickly. They resolved the issue right away. Very friendly emails and again, the response time was amazing. My grandsons love BL101 apparel.

My kiddo loves all of the gear from Baseball Lifestyle 101 and they have so many cool options to choose from. The customer service is phenomenal. They respond timely and provide a solution!!
