Anyway. June 3rd 2025 I ordered my sons first day of school outfit. On August 1, they finally responded to my email questioning where my order was, and they said that the shorts were out of stock. I received the shirt. & oh my god. The shirt is a men’s small. It literally fits me. I would post the photos, but Yanno. they had no hesitation to stamp a youth medium on it. I JUST NOW tried on the shirt because I realized that the shirt isn’t just a little bit big. It’s freaking huge for my nine-year-old. I don’t trust this company and I think they are running a horrible business. Not to mention the pricing lmao. Mediocre clothing at best.

Customer service responded promptly to my questions and resolved the issue.

I purchased shorts and short for my YM kid. I filtered for Y sizes and, he saw a shirt and shorts he liked so he put it in The cart and I checked out. Turns out it was Adult sized SMH. I called the contact number and got an actual human. Nice one too. He emailed me a packing label and a gift card to use in store. Otherwise they charge a fee for full refunds, which is the only thing I’d complain about. Being that we will be buying something, it’s not a big deal in this case. And maybe one day the website can filter more correctly or I can doublecheck what my son adds to cart idk.

Great customer service, prompt and helpful

I ordered a shirt and forgot to put a discount code in prior to purchase. I wrote to them and they immediately answered, applied the code and refunded shipping cost. They went well above and beyond what I expected. A great experience with their customer service team and a company I will continue purchasing from.

Ordered slides for my son that sold out before being shipped. Customer service was top notch and replaced them for a different color.
Clothes and shoes are both a great quality and my son loves everything. Highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing. I made a mistake in the sizing of my purchase and they immediately cancelled my order so I could re-do it. Then I noticed that the shipping address had not been retained so I contacted them again and they fixed it right away. I have to say that the attention they give to customers is impeccable. Thank you so much.

My son had a backpack for 4 months and the zipper broke, we were unable to fix it. I reached out to the company and they stated there was nothing they could do and offered a 20% off coupon for another purchase. WTH? Umm NO.

We LOVE baseball lifestyle. We order often, we love the new drops. We recently had an order missing one t-shirt. It was so easy to talk to customer service and they made it right instantly.

The company is always very responsive and helpful when I've had an issue (usually sizing related). My son absolutely loves the products and they're very well made.

I have made 3 large purchases for my son and I have to say, I am very impressed with the quality and designs of each item we have. My son loves them all so much he only wants clothes from here.
They also have very prompt and great customer service. They were able to resolve a small issue we had with our last purchase.

This company has the best customer service I have come across! I made a mistake when I ordered an item for my nephew, so I sent an email hoping for anything and they responded very quickly with a great resolution! You can tell they truly care about their customers and business! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

We absolutely LOVE this brand! The quality is amazing, customer service is even better, and the clothes make my son feel like a pro baseball player!

Two stars because for one the customer service is non existent. I send emails and no response. I had a few items I needed to return but the return button wasn’t working on app and I sent a screenshot of what was happening and no response from them. So I kept the two shirts (too large for my son)since now I’ve missed the 30 day period and they don’t return emails.My other reason for a two star is because their shorts are so expensive for being 100% plastic (polyester). Toxic fabric. If you are charging $45-$60 a pair of shorts, use cotton and spandex or eco friendly fabrics

I was having difficulties applying my discount code. I worked with Thalia in the chat and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to personalize the experience and make sure I got what I wanted and was able to use my code. A++ for customer service!
