Product was good and came fast

Ordering was easy, they waived the rush fee & shipping was fast. Received my order within 1 week. The dress itself is not worth the money. No zipper on the dress. Material looks cheap

There was an item on my order that was apparently out of stock AFTER I ordered it (so inventory isn't always accurate on their public website), and instead of contacting me, they just refunded me for the item and sent the rest of my order. I didn't realize what happened until it came in. They then gave me a code that was supposed to cover shipping for when I re-ordered the item after it was in stock again and it didn't work and I had to reach out to them again to get a proper code. The person who helped me the first time neglected to do basic math to know that a 20% off code wouldn't cover the cost of shipping on a tie alone. Bad customer service experience all around.

My house burned down yesterday. They still delivered my dress to my house that is no longer even standing … would have appreciated if we would have been notified and the package would have been taken back until we were able to get it

I ordered the swatches for the men’s suits and it came quick. The color tan is perfect . So my son’s groomsmen will be ordering their suits for the wedding .

The top of the dress was way to big, the waist fit loose and good, the length was too long but it did state they are all made extra long so that can be fixed. The color was perfect, material was perfect. Dress arrived in a very small bag and dress was crumpled up, but that can also be fixed. I ordered chiffon, seaglass convertible top dress, 1X to fit my waist and hips which it did but then the top was too big so that will also need to be fixed. I'm 5 feet 5 inches so the dress was very long but will fix that as well. Overall the dress will work and very pretty. Paid for the quick arrival and arrived on time.
