Bill Plant Driving School Bewertungen

My driving instructor was Deepak from bradford, he was an amazing instructor, unimaginably patient, he made sure i was always comfortable, helped settle a lot of not all of the driving anxieties and insecurities i had, and most of all helped me become a considerably more confident and better driver

David Blythe is an excellent instructor. After 2 failed tests with a previous instructor David really helped to improve my skills and confidence, and I passed with only 1 driving fault with him. He is very thorough and patient, and I would recommend him to anyone learning in Tunbridge Wells.

If anyone is looking for an instructor in West Yorkshire, more specifically around the Ilkley / Menston area, I would highly recommend Neil Jones! He was an absolutely fantastic instructor that made every lesson comfortable, informative and productive. I went from almost no experience driving in April of this year, to passing my test first time round in September.

Neil was patient and calm in every lesson, making the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. I could not recommend him enough. Neil made sure that every manoeuvre, driving situation and road type from rural to suburban to motorways were covered, meaning I am now as well prepared a new driver as I can be.

I am deeply grateful to have had such a wonderful instructor and I cannot recommend enough booking lessons with him! Thank you Neil 🙂

I just passed my Driving test today thanks to Zain!! He helped me become much more confident on the roads and believed in me when I didn’t. He is truly one the best instructors out there and would 100% recommend choosing him. He taught me how to drive with confidence and helped me with future tips and tricks for when I start driving alone! Once again, would like to thank Zain for making this possible.

Honestly, I could not thank my instructor Anita H enough for being the BEST instructor I could have asked for! ❤️

She is super friendly, patient, supportive and genuinely such a lovely person. From the very beginning, Anita taught me the best methods and always made sure I properly understood what I was doing rather than just memorising things.

There were so many things I was genuinely scared of and never thought I would be able to do, but Anita was always so patient with me, encouraged me and helped me work through those fears. She pushed me when I needed it, but never made me feel pressured or discouraged. Most importantly, she boosted my confidence SO much!

I passed my practical test FIRST TIME, and I honestly don’t think I could have done it without Anita. I will forever be grateful for all the time, patience, encouragement and knowledge she gave me throughout my lessons. 🥹❤️

I will ALWAYS recommend Anita to anyone looking for driving lessons in South West London. If you want an instructor who is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely cares about helping you become a confident driver…

PLEASE CALL ANITA!!! You will not regret it!❤️🥇

Appalling customer service from Bill Plant. I paid £444.99 for a 10-hour package. The instructor unilaterally cancelled and refused to do the final 2 hours simply because we declined to buy future packages from him. He also pressured my minor son to pay him cash "under the table" to bypass the school.
When I complained, management actively defended his behavior. They broke the active contract, refused to talk to me, and applied hidden penalties. They only refunded £75 instead of the legally owed 20% (£89.00), shortchanging me by £14.00.
Punishing customers financially for not making future purchases is a disgraceful business model. I have already escalated this matter to the DVSA, Trading Standards via Citizens Advice, and initiated a Chargeback with my bank.
Avoid this school and instructor Jonty!

Courtney gubbins is an excellent a and attentive instructor.she has a relaxed yet extensive style of teaching as well as being easy to talk to,I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone I know who wants to learn to drive.i genuinely cannot recommend her enough.

Shabu was fantastic. He was everything you need as a learner driver. I was probably a bit older than his usual customers (early 30’s) so was a little nervous about his reaction to me waiting at the garage forecourt to be picked up for the first time. He instantly put me at ease and by the end of my first lesson I couldn’t wait for the next one. His manor and knowledge are second to none and I’d recommend him to anyone of any age or ability. Thank you again Shabu!

I highly recommend using Stephen Kuck to learn how to drive he is very patient and incredibly encouraging he’s very clear when explaining what and how to do things on the road after 10 hours with Stephen I passed my practical driving test with 0 faults and 0 minors and felt very comfortable at the wheel after being taught by Stephen.

I want to say a massive thank you to Majid Hussain.
I got scammed 2 days before my part2 test day by another instructor. As we all know for part2-3 is a long wait. I broke down and gave up. Couldn’t find any other instructor. 1 day before my test I got hold of Majid Bhai and told him everything and he was so nice and managed to take me in and gave me 1h lesson day before my test and went through the stuff I was scared and worried with. After having the 1h lesson it boosted my confidence level so much. Then I had 1h lesson before the test as well and took his car for test. If Majid bhai wasn’t kind enough to make myself free for me at last minute notice from his busy schedule and take me for test I think I wouldn’t be able to pass. I passed because of Majid Hussain.
Thank you so much. May Allah bless you so much.

I honestly couldn’t recommend my driving instructor, Courtney Gubbins, enough! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish — patient, supportive and always made me feel confident behind the wheel.

Thanks to her encouragement and expertise, I passed my driving test first time with only 3 minor faults! I absolutely could not have done it without her. She always knew exactly what I needed to work on and helped me turn things I struggled with into strengths.

I’m so grateful for all her help and support throughout my lessons. If you’re looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares about helping you succeed, who creates a safe, comfortable, friendly space, then I couldn’t recommend her enough ♡

Just witnessed the most dangerous driving on the roundabout near the bus station. Almost caught us in an accident multiple times in a row. First by stopping abruptly and almost having the bus rear end you, then being unable to move off properly constantly stopping and then cutting off the bus turning. Absolutely poor conduct on the instructors part. I understand learners being imperfect and unpracticed, but this was beyond dangerous.

I have just passed driving test my instructor was sidel pandy from plymouth i totaly recommend him hes straight to the point will pick you up on mistakes to improve your chances thankyou sidel

I had such a good experience learning to drive with Paul Ibbotson!! He was incredibly patient, supportive and always made me feel comfortable in the car. Every lesson felt enjoyable rather than stressful and I passed with only 2 minors, my first time round. I’m so pleased and relieved, thank you Paul!

Recently booked a block of lessons for my daughter, paid on the phone that day. Was told instructor would call me in 48hours to arrange time/date etc.

10 days later, I called bill plant to ask why I hadn’t heard from instructor yet….. they were nothing but unhelpful and rude.

When I asked, the lady on the phone said and I quote “well he’s only human” ….. I was rather shocked by her lazy attitude, she stated, “we haven’t heard from the instructor either” “tell you what call us back tomorrow if you’ve still not heard”

I said excuse me, you want me to chase up? I’ve paid for a service and think you should be far more helpful and obliging.

The woman on the phone didn’t care much about customer service or the fact that I was a customer of bill plant, it was s a case of my money had been paid so the niceties have dropped.

I’ve heard similar stories like this since, customer service complains and also lazy instructors.
I’ve asked for money back.

Avoid!!

I was taught by Zubair Hussain and couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone wanting to learn to drive. He helped build my confidence by pushing me beyond what i thought i could do, and i passed my test with just 3 months of practice with him. A very friendly instructor, props to him.

My experience with Bill Plant driving school was incredible! My instructor Deepak was the kindest, most patient and understanding instructor I could have ever asked for. Driving with him came so naturally to the point where I would look forward to each lesson as it came. We always have a craic whilst driving and never failed to make me laugh, he helped me overcome my anxiety about driving completely. And I can honestly say I owe it all to Dee, because of him I became a confident, safe and secure driver and I couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you Dee and thank you Bill Plant for changing my life for the better!

Haider was my instructor for my test at the Bury test centre, we did 20 total hours training and I cannot fault a single one. He was understanding and lovely throughout the process. I managed to pass first time thanks to his instruction.

Rayan is extremely patient and effective, always explaining things clearly and making sure I understood what I was doing before moving on. The lessons were also enjoyable, with great conversation that helped me feel relaxed and comfortable behind the wheel. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a patient, calm and confident-boosting instructor.

I passed my driving test today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had throughout my entire learning journey with Darren.

Darren is an excellent driving instructor who genuinely puts a lot of effort into helping his students improve. He quickly understood the areas where I was lacking and worked patiently with me to improve them. He didn’t just focus on getting me ready to pass the test; he helped me become a safer and more confident driver overall.

He also helped me mentally prepare for the test, which made a huge difference. His patience, encouragement, knowledge and dedication really stood out throughout my lessons.

I’m genuinely grateful for all the effort Darren put into helping me achieve my goal of passing my test. If you’re looking for a driving instructor, I would highly recommend Darren without any hesitation.

He teaches you not just to pass your test, but to become a confident driver for the longer journey ahead. Thank you so much, Darren! 🚗🎉
