Richard Turner, Amazing instructor, passed me first time.

I’d like to say what a pain in the neck this company is the lady wouldn’t speak to me on reception her name was Pam because she couldn’t see my number. I’ve got nothing to hide but will you tell your driving instructors not to constantly block my drive and also drive round our vehicles? We live in Reid Street and you are down there all the time driving all the neighbours crazy have some respect. your customer service team is appalling or is it just a lady Pam on reception? Unbelievable she put the phone down on me. I could’ve been booking with you we don’t own the road we understand that but the constant battle of learner drivers down the street is appalling every two minutes there’s one driving round your vehicle blocking your driveway. How would you like it? Where you live? If something‘s not done, I will have to take this further and go to the council we have contacted you about this before and it did stop for awhile but guess what? They’re back. I have recorded so many and have the vehicle registration numbers as my proof so somebody that’s reading the comment comments please try and understand.

Big thanks to Qasim Shah for helping me pass my driving test! I’d definitely recommend him as a driving instructor. He’s patient, friendly and knowledgeable, and really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. He always took the time to explain things clearly and break down anything I was struggling with to make sure I understood. He's a great instructor who genuinely cares about helping you learn, 10/10!

I had a really good experience with Zain, he was really good at teaching me the fundamental basics of driving, and all the skills I need to pass my driving test. Other than driving skills, Zain was a really nice, and patient teacher. 100% the best driving instructor! Would recommend everyone to go to him.

If i was to recommend anyone for a drivijg instructor it would definetly by Rahyan. His experience, composure and ability to make you feel comfortable as a driver is absolutley amazing. For any new drivers who feel nervous and slighlty intimated by the roads i can assure your best option to reduce those nerves is with Rayhan.

Izzy Thorpe is the most kind, patience, understanding and encouraging instructor i could have asked for. She supported me with every challenge I had when learning to drive and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with her. She helped me become confident in my driving and honestly I can’t thank her or recommend her enough. I passed my test first because of her amazing teaching, she’s the best!!!

Had a bad instructor , he never said any thing when my girl passed just your were lucky , bill plants do not care I was getting ripped of as he was charging more then bill plants. 200 pound on test day , my daughter has her bubble burst on the day of passing Iam going to trading standards with this , they charge what ever they want but no receipts were given , one big rip off avoid

My instructor Lanre, was fantastic, they way he instructed is on another level. The most calm and knowledgeable instructor I’ve ever had. I passed yesterday after changing to Lanre and I can’t thank him enough. I recommend him 100% Thankyou again Lanre.

Chris Hall was my replacement instructor after my last one went MIA. And with less than a month until my test he did an absolutely fantastic job bringing my confidence back up to test ready standards after not having any lessons for 8 months. I'd highly recommend him for his cracking banter alone but he can also get you to pass so thats a bonus :)!

Ilona is an absolutely amazing instructor! She made me feel so comfortable behind the wheel and was always so down-to-earth, patient and realistic. Her “flowers and bubbles” techniques for managing nerves helped me SO much and completely changed my confidence with driving.

Meeting Ilona genuinely changed my life — passing my test and being able to drive is so important for my career and independence, and I’m incredibly grateful for all her support. Couldn’t recommend her enough! ❤️

Ram was my driving instructor for 10 months and was brilliant! He supported me through my nerves, and never once tried to push me beyond my ability, he’s the perfect instructor for anyone with nerves

I did my ADI Part 2 training with Muhammad Atif of Bill Plant Driving School. He was thorough, and didn't take anything for granted. We covered everything necessary for Part 2 test, and today I passed with one minor at my first attempt.

I would highly recommend Mohammed Rahman as a driving instructor, for anyone learning around the Morden Test Centre area.

Mohammed was very easy to speak to and made every lesson comfortable and enjoyable. He was always patient and encouraging; at the end of each lesson, we would recap and discuss areas to focus on - which I really appreciated.

I’m immensely grateful for the support, would definitely recommend Mohammed as an instructor, and am happy to say I passed first time.

Absolutely amazing driving instructor, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He built up my confidence through his patience and kindness.Every issue I’ve had he has explained in depth until I overcame it. Passed first time. 100% recommend.

Reliable and relatable instructors. You get what you pay for by going with a professional firm.

My instructor Scott was extremely helpful and helped me pass my test

Signed up with Bill Plant. As I thought they were a reputable company. I Had 18 lessons with their local instructor in Harlow Essex. phone number 07709 885000.
The instructor did not turn up for my last lesson and has now stopped returning my calls and text.
I complained to Bill Plant driving school but they were dismissive saying not their problem as I paid the instructor direct because he told me this was the payment process.
Very disappointed.
This instructor ripped me off and is ripping Bill Plant off.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Nifraz enough! ❤️

From the very beginning, Nifraz was incredibly patient, supportive and encouraging. Learning to drive wasn’t always easy for me, and there were definitely times when I felt frustrated or lacked confidence, but he always knew how to reassure me and help me keep going. He never gave up on me, even when I probably tested his patience a few times! 😂

What I appreciated most was how much he genuinely cared about my progress. He didn’t just teach me how to pass my test he helped me build my confidence and become a much safer and more independent driver. He always explained things clearly, gave me honest feedback and encouraged me whenever I doubted myself.

After all the hard work, I finally passed my driving test on 28th August, and I’m honestly so grateful that Nifraz was the person who helped me get there. 🥹❤️ It was such a special achievement for me, and I know I wouldn’t have felt as prepared or confident without his support.

I’m genuinely going to miss our lessons and all the conversations we used to have! Nifraz is not only a fantastic driving instructor but also such a lovely person, and I feel very lucky to have had him as my instructor.

Thank you so much for everything, Nifraz. Thank you for your patience, encouragement and for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. I’ll always be grateful for everything you did to help me pass. ❤️

If you’re looking for a driving instructor who is patient, understanding, encouraging and genuinely wants the best for their students, I would 100% recommend Nifraz! 🚗🎉

Thank you again for everything! 🌹❤️

My driving instructor was Deepak from bradford, he was an amazing instructor, unimaginably patient, he made sure i was always comfortable, helped settle a lot of not all of the driving anxieties and insecurities i had, and most of all helped me become a considerably more confident and better driver

David Blythe is an excellent instructor. After 2 failed tests with a previous instructor David really helped to improve my skills and confidence, and I passed with only 1 driving fault with him. He is very thorough and patient, and I would recommend him to anyone learning in Tunbridge Wells.
