Terrible service - ordered on 20th June still no delivery (order number L2345455)
Cannot get hold of anyone - no customer service - no answers - useless - the worst company Ive ever dealt with
Either refund or deliver our order - you have taken my money but not delivered the order !
Are there any updates yet ? I have heard nothing from you or your logistics company - how difficult is it to track a scanned order ?!
*Edit - it’s now 16th July and we have heard nothing from either the transport company (DX Logistics) or BigOnElectricals - they say the order was lost in their system (despite being scanned) - it has clearly been stolen at the transport depot - BIgOnElectricals should issue a full refund immediately - their customer service is appalling - we have heard nothing from them either- it is now getting close to 30 days since placing the order

No Product and terrible customer service
Product still hasn’t turned up after eight days. Emailed twice. No response. Called once and somebody promised to call me back with information regarding why I haven’t received product. No return call. Now when I try calling their phone lines are switched off. So clearly not happy.
