Great Second Experience
After a poor first experience with the company, I was pleasantly surprised this time around. The purchasing process was smooth, delivery was quick as advertised, next day, and the portable AC arrived without any issues. Much better experience overall.

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with
Awful company to deal with. Fob everything off on the
manufacturer, do not comply with the consumer right acts 2015.
If you do have to buy make sure you use a credit card so you
can charge back if you have a problem. Really avoid using them
unless you have to. Customer service is awful. Criminal and law
breaking.

Purchased an item through Amazon, the AC unit wasn’t even unpacked but I had to return due to it not being suitable for the area needed.
Postage to return cost me £60 they refused to collect.
Item was received and only after 2 weeks of no communication I reached out to see where my refund was.
I was greeted to a we aren’t refunding due to a damaged unit that can’t be sold
On!!
What an absolute bull shit excuse with no proof at all!

To clarify, the return postage arrangements would not have been handled by us. As this was a change-of-mind return for an item deemed unsuitable, we do not offer collection services, so any return shipment would have been arranged directly by yourself with your chosen courier. We would also have advised that, if you retained proof of postage, Amazon may be able to assist with reimbursement of those costs.
Regarding the refund, the unit was received back in a condition that rendered it unsellable. Our returns terms and conditions clearly state that returned items must be received in a resaleable condition for a full refund to be issued. This assessment was based on the condition of the item upon receipt, not on whether the product had been used. We do not make these decisions without evidence. As part of our returns process, returned items are inspected and documented upon arrival, and we retain photographic and/or written evidence of any damage or condition issues identified. Therefore, should it be required, we are able to provide supporting evidence of the condition in which the unit was received.
As your purchase was made through Amazon, any refund queries or disputes regarding the outcome of the return must be raised directly with Amazon, as they manage the payment and refund process for marketplace orders.
While we appreciate your frustration, we have acted in accordance with our stated returns policy and the processes applicable to Amazon orders.
